Disgaea 4 definitely had my favorite cast of characters I just wish Axel had more of a prominent role in the game! I was hoping he'd join the party during the main game (Cause he joins the post game of course.)

I felt Axel's role was perfect in this game. It wouldn't have been right if he was central like the main six since they're all brand new characters and he's gotten plenty of attention from past Disgaea games.

Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories: Adell kisses Rozalin to break her out of the trance of Zenon's memories. Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice: like you said, Almaz and Sapphire get married but also Mao and Raspberyl get closer toward the end. Disgaea 4: I don't know a ton about the game, but its what you said, i think

@ParanoidAZN honestly the only anime character that looks like him to me is itoshiki nozomu from sayonara zetsubou sensei (which is why i screamed when I saw that preview that mentioned the show sayonara zetsubou sensei. they HAD to have put that reference in because THEY LOOK SO ALIKE AND SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME FINALLY NOTICED XD).

Love this game, but the Desco abuse... about 10 people who play this game use Desco normally. Other people just buff the shit out of her and raise her only. Saw a guy with a level 133 Desco, and everyone else was level 80 something.
Michael Riley Not gonna lie, I usually play the legitimate way and try to beat the game without abusing any tricks or farming but Desco... damn I couldn't resist the lure of the dark side from her...
UnbiasedGuy123 Zetta = 20% +1% per 200 levels. So at lvl 9999 he gets 69% Desco = +20% per adjacent ally, basically Desco will be obviously more deadly than Zetta if she gets 4 ppl next to her. Put Gig and Mao next to her you get addition 30% from Gig's stat while getting another 10% damage while enemies get another 10% more damage for overkill

Don't see how you're getting c@ from the angel. She has pink hair like Kallen, his huge knockers like Kallen, and can be a badass like Kallen. Than there's the part where she has trouble confessing her feelings to Valvatorez like Kallen to Lelouch.
Hmm let's see. Just about every major character in DBZ. Konjiki no gash bell (zatch bell), karasu (yu yu hakusho), Megaman X3 (golden armor), and several digimon... Feel free to add to that list.
@BleachBummer I know it does, it's so awesome and I don't even have it. It's awesomeness is the reason I'm watching this right now. And also, we're comparing them to Code Geass. But I do apologize if I got on your nerves. ^^
Disgaea 4 is easily the best in the series since the first, mainly for the gameplay but the story is passable too. D2 and D3 have really predictable stories, and while a lot of the jokes and a good portion of the writing in 4 got stale quickly the characters and villains were still much more likeble than those in 2 (barring Axel) and 3.
@linzig32 I haven't tested reincarnation for Chara World yet, but that raises a good point. I might try that to see if it removes the limit of 3 times. I can make a comment later if it does or not.

Death emizels hood is pretty rad...valvatorez has a nice cape that no one can't miss, but fenrich has them abs of a billion sit ups

Yeah, her evility is a bit over powered. However, I just use her as a weapon instead and exploit the evility there.

i believe disgaea 3's intro is the best. Disgaea 4 as a game in its entirety is much better though.
Disgaea 4 is easily the best in the series since the first, mainly for the gameplay but the story is passable too. D2 and D3 have really predictable stories, and while a lot of the jokes and a good portion of the writing in 4 got stale quickly the characters and villains were still much more likeble than those in 2 (barring Axel) and 3.

This might be a bit offensive but I'm not sure sorry if it is. But does anyone else think the opening themes for the Disgaea Games would make good Openning themes for flash Sprite series like SMBZ?
I think from Disgaea 2,4,5, the openings would work well. (Afterall 1 doesn't have a theme and 3 I'm not sure how you could use that song.)
