The reason Cercei isn’t confessing to incest is because she’s still protecting Tommen. If she confesses, Tommens secret as a bastard would be valid enough for the High Sparrow to over throw him and take power
Another aspect to this is that it would unmake Margery as Queen since she married an illegitimate child. This shows that her love of Tommen is stronger than her hatred of Margery.
I believe Alliser opened the gates for the Wildlings as he knew this would sway more of the veteran brothers to co-signing his mutiny(I believe he planned to go through with it as soon as Jon left). When he was made first ranger and up to when Jon left for Hardhome, Alliser was genuine in his advice to Jon. He hated him, sure, but he can set aside petty grudges for the sake of The Watch.
I've seen this episode so many times I figured I'd be fine but seeing you cry really got to me. As soon as that tear rolled down your cheek my eyes were like "okay dude your turn"
ALL of us cried like that sweetie!! When a show can cause us to have such emotions that's all the proof we need that we are watching one hell of a show!! Great reaction!!

Yeah, it’s definitely easy to hate Olly for his betrayal of Jon. I think the actor “Brenock O’Connor” did an excellent job, portraying a combination of pain, sadness, and hatred in this scene. People often forget that Olly’s entire family and his village were slaughtered by the wildlings, led by Tormund and Ygritte; and then cannibalized by the Thenns. Even though Jon’s choice to unite with the wildlings was the right choice-and the only choice-Olly would’ve seen this as the ultimate act of betrayal against his family, The Night’s Watch, and himself. Especially being so young, he was unable to see beyond his own pain, and his yearning for vengeance. Likewise, it’s difficult for many in the audience to see beyond their emotional outrage at what happens as a result, but this is what makes Game Of Thrones so great in its writing. How nuanced and complex the characters are, and how entirely wrapped up each viewer becomes as we grow to love, or despise them.
Your reaction to Jon’s death 😩🤚🏾 Girl, to this day even knowing how it turned out I still cry cause it’s just so cruel and unfair. It brought me right back to season 3 when Robb died 😭 I think most people felt a little bad for Cersei during the walk of shame. But that’s the difference between us viewers and Cersei. If it were her enemy doing that walk of shame she wouldn’t give a flying fuck.
Pycelle wasn’t lol’ing, he’s the grand maester and doesn’t like that Cersei is associating with qyburn who is a disgraced maester stripped of his maester chains for illegally experimenting on people who were alive, also there is probably some jealousy there too

Ngl the Jon shit hit me hard when I first saw it, but that was everyone. The 2nd half of the season is really draining on the mind because of how fatalistic and despondent it is. Not everyone can appreciate this style of story progression. They need a bone thrown at them, some type of silver lining, or they get exasperated. Personally I love this never ending loop of "get ready for your soul to be destroyed". The dawn doesn't mean much without the night first. All the arcs that are left open ended. Imagine waiting a whole year for answers!!!! That was the strange appeal of this strange show!!!
Lena used a body double for the naked parts. She wanted to focus all her acting into Cersi's face and felt like it would be hard to do that naked. I can only imagine how long this took to film.
About the Jon ending. The constant theme of GoT is that every season people crave that elusive comeuppance, every season the carrot gets dangled and then right at the last moment it all gets taken away brutally. The vile characters remain on top and you're left bitterly disappointed by a subversive ending. GoT season enders are like crack, you keep coming back for more emotional abuse. Then comes Tyrion's "ray of hope ending" last season and you think maybe this is the big turnaround. But then they drop this massive shoe right in the middle of the series. Jon's betrayal and death (for slightly different reasons) is where GRRM left off the Night's Watch saga in his last book. When this episode aired it made an ungodly amount of noise, it really was one of those viral TV moments of the 2010s. Everyone and their mother was talking about it. President Obama asked director David Nutter if Jon is really dead, that's how much of a pop culture phenomenon Jon Snow had become. This is definitely a downer ending for the ages that makes people go "Fuck it. I'm done!" But one thing's for sure, they got all the attention they wanted and some more. So Season 5 leaves us with all the main characters hitting rock bottom. But at some point there has to be some payoff, right? What if it's in the next one? Well it's GoT, they're probably just gonna hit you over the head with more frustration and sadness lol. But we had to find out.
Over the years I’ve had my faith in humanity questioned. I’ve been through so so much. As an example, when you were talking about how bruised Sansa’s arms were, mine looked very similar a few years back. I too was married to a monster who enjoyed hurting me. It’s comforting to see that there are SOME good people in this world who have empathy for others, even for the worst of the worst. You’re beautiful, inside and out. I hate this episode because of what happens to Jon. He was one of my favorite characters until… I’m sure you know what I’m referring to. I’ll be watching your reactions to the rest of the series. I’m very curious to see how you feel about other catastrophes that take place down the road.
Lena Headey, who plays Cersei, is a brunette. Her blonde hair is a wig, not a dye job. They used a body double for the Walk of Atonement and CGI'd her head on.
Maybe Selyse tried to keep Shereen away to protect her. Selyse saw in the fire in previous season what was going to happen (scene with Melissandre taking a bath and showing Selyse a vision in fire). Maybe that's why she didn't want Shereen with them. Maybe she was trying to protect her or lose feelings for her daughter so that she can face this moment more easily..
That's exactly why she didn't want to bring her. But she was also a fanatical believer in the lord of light, so she was struggling with how to feel. Earlier in the season, Melisandre said "her father is the lord's chosen, and his blood runs through her veins", and Selyse looked very uncomfortable.
Alot of revenge in this episode. If you'll remember. Her oath to old lady stark had 1 exception. That when the time came. They wouldn't stop her from getting her revenge on Stannis. Unfortunately Arya doesn't have the same deal with the many faced god. The sand b!+
Thanks for sharing your experience this dark season with dark ending! Like for you, I was also lucky, because I didn’t have to wait for a year for the next season. All hail to Lena Heady as Cersei for her acting! I first saw her in the (romcom) movie “Imagine me and you”, also one to recommend. I wish you a good next season in a great new year! I can't tell you the agony I went through after watching this episode... waiting a whole three minutes before I was able to start playing the next season!
;)
Love these reactions. You're helping me to feel it all over again.
❤️❤️
The reason Cercei isn’t confessing to incest is because she’s still protecting Tommen. If she confesses, Tommens secret as a bastard would be valid enough for the High Sparrow to over throw him and take power
Another aspect to this is that it would unmake Margery as Queen since she married an illegitimate child. This shows that her love of Tommen is stronger than her hatred of Margery.
Damn. Cersei might be an evil conniving b*tch, but she does love her children
25:00 Can you imagine how infected your feet would get walking through human feces with open wounds?
this is where the books end apparently, with jon bleeding in the snow.
coming up on 10 years worth of Jon bleeding out now, in the book storyline!
Yes, you're correct, one thing the show omits is that Jon's last words were "Ghost". Just as how Robb's last words were "Grey Wind".
It was really hard to see you burst out in tears gurl, wish there was a way to make you feel better… but keep going… big highs are coming as well !
I knew exactly which episode this was gonna be once I saw Miya thing in the thumbnail 🤣 it’ll be okay!!
yayy you’re back❤️
I've seen this episode so many times I figured I'd be fine but seeing you cry really got to me. As soon as that tear rolled down your cheek my eyes were like "okay dude your turn"
Watching ppl cry to this show never gets old 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ALL of us cried like that sweetie!! When a show can cause us to have such emotions that's all the proof we need that we are watching one hell of a show!! Great reaction!!
All my homies hate Olly 🥺😭
Everything was cool up until that point of the episode, lol’d at your reaction to Theon coming back haha. Guess it’s a good thing there’s so much snow for them to jump off the top of the castle. Hope you’ll like the next season!
It was literal torcher waiting on season 6 after season 5 finally
Don't you ugly cry on me young lady, you're making me ugly cry😭
I’m sorry 😭
Your reaction to Jon’s death 😩🤚🏾 Girl, to this day even knowing how it turned out I still cry cause it’s just so cruel and unfair. It brought me right back to season 3 when Robb died 😭
I think most people felt a little bad for Cersei during the walk of shame. But that’s the difference between us viewers and Cersei. If it were her enemy doing that walk of shame she wouldn’t give a flying fuck.
Watching your reaction, makes me cry because I remember how great this show was during the time this aired.
Your journey is complete sweet summer child.
Not quite…
Pycelle wasn’t lol’ing, he’s the grand maester and doesn’t like that Cersei is associating with qyburn who is a disgraced maester stripped of his maester chains for illegally experimenting on people who were alive, also there is probably some jealousy there too
I figured the old lecher was just ogling her.
I’m a few years late to the party here lol But i love your reactions! i’ve been binge watching all the GoT ones. the hardest part of watching is when i want to comment something and i have to remind myself it doesn’t matter because you’ve already finished all the seasons and HotD😂
Rip John Snow his watch has ended
Lol.. your face when he got stabbed, the emotions it really made my day!.. I felt the same way when I read it the books..
The finale was off the chain crazy 🔥 with all the elements of excitement, surprise, sadness and shock all snowballed into a gut punch.
By the way, Lena Headey wasn't naked in this episode. They used a stunt for the body and then put her face over it digitally. It will happen something similar with another character next season. I will not spoil it.
In the scene where Arya kills the perv. The girl in the middle when he was hitting them with a stick. That's the actress that played Mika on The Walking Dead.
The mutiny at Castle Black is about where the books leave off. Yes, this happened in the books...
25:00 when Tywin's father died he applied the same penalty to his father mistress since his father allow her to use Tywin's mommy jewels
Totally agree on Cersei. Great episode full of shocks.
Omg I’m crying with you girl it’s so sad 😭
Same way I felt after I watched this episode, I needed to to be left alone 😔
When I watched this episode, I didn’t sleep at all!! I was super upset 😭
Aw man fr ? 😭😂
@@MiyaElizabethReacts Yes!! I was so upset at work 😭🤣 I was in my feelings for a whole week
Honey, don't worry about looking a mess. We were all a mess after this episode - inside and out.
A flayed man is a man with his skin completely removed
"i have no more tears left for this show"
Miya, u got a big storm coming
I was so destroyed by Jons death. It was a terrible time for sure. Seeing your reaction just brought all that back.
Welcome back. I hope everything is going good with you. We definitely missed you..not the tears but you lol
No the tears and outbursts make it soooooo much better
@@maximplicity this is true but it just makes me sad when she gets sad 😢
@@centerstagemediaoutlet2268 No lie it really does make me sad. She has such a tender heart so it also takes me back to when I first watch and I was her.
@@maximplicity yea it takes me back too. I guess that why I watch these so I can try to feel what I felt the first time. But man, watching her watch red Wedding made me cry all over again. She composed herself before I started crying this time. But I'm waiting for that ONE moment later on (s6), I think she's going to lose it. 😢
@@centerstagemediaoutlet2268 OMG its so exciting viewing her journey. I dreaded this epi for her. I honestly did.
I am beyond ready for you to get to Season 6.
Felt bad for Cersie this episode. And after this episode I was kinda feeling neutral about Cersie.... But I didn't forget what she did.
I love you’re reactions. You have a new sub, you must continue!
Thank you 💕
It was so sad watching u watch Jon die🥺😢😭
I’m very sorry you had to experience that Karen and i do hope you’re in a better healing place now thriving and genuinely happy xoxo❤️
This is where the books left off... eleven years ago....
Lena Headey, who plays Cersei, is a brunette. Her blonde hair is a wig, not a dye job. They used a body double for the Walk of Atonement and CGI'd her head on.
Lena Headey the actress that plays Cersei said in an interview that she had a body double do the walk of attonement.
I never even looked at it that way which makes it more sad now that you think about it 😭
Alot of revenge in this episode. If you'll remember. Her oath to old lady stark had 1 exception. That when the time came. They wouldn't stop her from getting her revenge on Stannis. Unfortunately Arya doesn't have the same deal with the many faced god. The sand b!+
OH Babe im so sorry!!
Miya repeatedly this season: Where is Osha & Rickon
Me: did she really not notice that Bran didn't make a single appearance this season?
Yessss I’m finally early, so excited 😩🙏🏼
You would love Vikings😍😍
Its insane
It's good you're enjoying it. That's cool.
This is the episode that I dreaded for you !!
I have been waiting on this reaction. Lol.
Missed you!!!
Warm regards from the Netherland.
Stannis the Mannis went out like a champ though. He'll forever be the One True King!
I forget just how much happens in this finale
i love how you hide your eyes with your hand but your fingers are open ;) hehehe
