Great vid Charles, stand out option for me would be the Nike Streakfly shoe as it is an excellent trainer for fast workouts and shorter races like the 5k which is my favourite distance. Already have the Pegasus so the Streakfly would compliment the rotation well 👌

Nike Dri-FIT ADV Run Division Shorts - will be useful to carry nutrition for long runs and race day (doing a Fall Half in a couple of weeks followed by a Winter Marathon)
I loved this Nike haul, I used be all Nike than started buying Adidas. Now I am leaning back towards Nike. I am about to start a little fitness improvement and weight loss just because it needs to be done. I am currently 18st 5lbs (257lbs) my fitness is virtually non-existent. I also suffer from Severe Deoression and Anxiety, I havent beent out of the house for over 2 years now. Being around a lot of people pushes my anxiety through the roof and I just want to run away from it all (not the reason I want to improve my fitness), my plan was to get me a bike and the indoor stands and do it that way. I have already lost some weight but it isnt enough. I am hoping it will also help woth my mental health. I have fell in love with the blue and white running shoes you showed us in the video. I have had Asics and Adidas in the past when I used to go to the gym (distant memories). I know Nike USA will not ship to the UK and thats ok. If I am offered the blue and white running shoes may I be cheeky and ask one thing please? I’m a high school senior going into my final cross country season. I would most want the zoom fly 5s because I have had many injuries such as stress fractures in the past few years, and I know how important a fresh and bouncy trainer is. Nike invincible 3, I am currently training to walk on to the track team at college following a long term injury.

I’m a high school senior going into my final cross country season. I would most want the zoom fly 5s because I have had many injuries such as stress fractures in the past few years, and I know how important a fresh and bouncy trainer is. I also want a pair of shoes that I can do some workouts in, and I think the zoom flys would be perfect.
