You got that right, we need rain. You know what will happen, it will rain every weekend once season opens. We found a lot of hickory and red oaks dropping. Yellow jackets are everywhere!! Found a place on the farm where I am going to put my blind here in a few weeks. That blind looks good. Now let’s not talk about copperheads!! You seen our lease, an area they called select cut only had about a dozen trees left. The old lease we used to be on the landowner is now selling lots off it for people to build nice homes in the woods. Well you blew your chance for opening morning, you done jumped it out of your stand. LOL Sounds like late fall walking thru those leaves. Looks like it is pretty concealed already. Never boring, best videos are from the woods!! Thanks for sharing!!
@JnJTrueOutdoorAdventures I haven't seen many snakes this summer but the bees are bad everywhere I guess it's the dry weather. I doubt we will see many colors in the leaves changing because I believe they will drop before they get the chance to change colors. Yeah one day we won't have any woods left to hunt. House slippers aren’t meant for woods walks😂!!! My first deer was a button buck with a Bear whitetail bow, Easton xx75 game getters topped with a wasp jackhammer!!!! Skunks are perfect yellow jacket eaters!!!

We need a lot of rain to fill the pond and get the clover going for this years winter plots. Last week I got tore up by chiggers and the ticks are bad also this year.
