I am an ST, I have never got a single facility from the govt. Not asking for one. But I lost my faith when I 1st applied for scholarship, I applied and also got Income Certificate from a local circle body after having to pay 500 rs twice to get the certificate and also for getting my file moved from one table to another. Later I also had to make affidavit etc etc, Later got nothing, and later I ended up spending close 3k for getting the scholarship, later I didnt anything, but I had to sacrifice my 3 months of tuitions fees ( I use to teach a couple of students to support my studies at that time since I came from a family which is financially weak) . At that time my students use to pay me 250 a month. Indian System is a Fraud.
