    Moong Dal Dosa Ingredients: 👇
    • 1½ cups moong dal
    • 2-3 tbsp gram flour
    • 2 green chilies
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • Salt as per taste
    • Water as required
    To make garnishing:
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Beetroot
    • Coriander leaves
    Tomato Chutney
    Ingredients:
    To Make the chutney:
    • 4-5 Chopped Tomatoes
    • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
    • 1-2 Tbsp Chana Dal
    • 1-2 Tbsp Urad Dal
    • 5-6 Garlic Cloves
    • 2-3 Dry Red Chili
    • Salt as per Taste
    • 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
    To Make Tempering/Tadka
    • 2-3 Tbsp Oil
    • 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
    • ½ Tsp Asafetida
    • 4-5 Curry Leaves
    • 1 Tsp Sesame Seed
    Poha Moong Dal Nashta Ingredients 👇
    5-6 Bread Slices
    1 1/2 cup or 250 grams Moong Dal
    1 cup Beaten rice
    100 grams yoghurt
    ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
    ¼ cup Tomato, finely chopped
    ¼ cup Carrot, finely chopped
    3-4 pcs Green chillies, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
    ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
    Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
    Salt according to taste
    2 tbsp Sesame seed
    2-3 tsp Oil
    For tempering:
    1/2 tsp Cumin seed
    1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
    Few sprigs of Curry leaves
    2 pcs Dry red chilly
    2 tsp oil
    Pink Moong Dal Dhokla Ingredients 👇
    To Make batter:
    • 1½ cups Moong dal
    • 200 grams semolina
    • 160 grams Curd
    • 1medium sized beetroot, roughly chopped
    • 3 green chilli
    • 1 inch Ginger
    • Water as required
    • 1 tsp Eno
    For seasoning:
    • ½ cup onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 tsp Sesame seed
    • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    • ½ tsp asafoetida
    • Coriander leaves
    • Few Sprig of curry leaves
    • 1 tsp Oil
    To Make Coconut Chutney
    • 2 cups of fresh Coconut
    • 2 pc green chillies
    • 1 inch Ginger
    • Salt as required
    • 3-4 pc garlic
    • 1 small onion
    • 2-3 tbsp curd
    • Coriander leaves
    • 2-3 tbsp roasted Chana
    For tempering:
    • 1 tsp Mustard seed
    • ½ tsp asafoetida
    • Coriander leaves
