There is a fan anime about it (memories of phantasm). There was scene of Flandre locked up in her room but not with the music.
I mean, I canon Flandre actually can escape her bacement at any time, but doesn't do that because she pretty much enjoys being in a place, where she is constantly getting food, and there're no sunlight. And she also has a pretty sassy personality.
