Some members of my original family controlled and abused me, because I unknowingly allowed to do so. Now I'm on my journey back to myself , to be connected with my soul. This video gave me a lot of answers to my questions funny thing is that a month ago I felt that I needed to cut off from all my friends for a while to gather energy within myself I informed everyone that I need time for myself no one wants to understand this they accuse me if I take drugs or drink alcohol they write me toxic messages I don't want to break contact with them but I need time for myself. I cut the strings 7 months ago its the best decision I ever made. I have ignored any attempt to to try to get me to respond. I will not go back to something that will never work. When I discovered this person has an NPD condition it made me stoic in my resolve.
