I believe you will find your perfect home. My home was brand new but had never been sold in two years because no one knew it was for sale (they only listed it but didn’t put a for sale sign out). God worked it in my favor. I closed on my house a week before the pandemic hit. I choose to believe God held it for me until I was ready to purchase. Keep believing because He will do it. ❤
Watched while getting ready for the day! I love that frog prince!! And it’s normal for plants to lay flat for awhile after you repot them as they are kind of in shock. They will come back though!
Marie, I would paint the front porch landing and steps gray while leaving the railing white. This will help with keeping a clean look. I have done this to my front porch and it is a much cleaner look and adds some nice contrast.

Lovely, the frog is so cute.We now live in a rental apartment, after owning our home for 30 years, downsizing was necessary, as health issues became an issue. However our landlord has no problem with improvements, with understanding anything attached becomes part of the property. We feel if it makes us feel comfortable and more at home, expense (within reason), is well spent. We have a very small patio facing a common courtyard with 3 other tenants, all very nice. We have added planters of flowers, rug, and working on an awning, as we get full sun most of the day, I just got the most adorable solar elephant, with lights coming from her trunk, I just love her, we call her Ella, We have a lot of foot traffic, as we live across from a Jr. Sr. high school, and behind a bowling ally, bowling is a part of the gym program so we have kids going through all the time, there are walkways, and for the most part they stay on them.I rather enjoy them,. When I'm outside, they speak, and call me grandma.The previous renters added ceiling fans and storm doors, which we get to enjoy.There are pros and cons to owning and renting, this last three months I'm grateful we rent, as the hot water tank had to be replaced, the exhaust fan in the bathroom replaced, and both the washer and the dishwasher needed repairs, and the stove either needs repairs or replacement money we did not have to come up with. Everything has it;s season, When it;s right you will find your forever home.Jackson's bird calls made me smile, when our son was little he talked to every animal he saw, copying their sound.
He makes the funniest sounds copying birds and different noises haha 🤣 Yes we know that we will be responsive for everything once we are buying. Eric's mom and my dad both own their own homes. We are ready to call a home ours. ♡

I don't know if this is feasible or not, but maybe your landlords would be amenable to selling you the house through a lease to own situation. That way, you could add a bedroom and bath onto the house to enlarge it for your family. You've done so many good things to that house. It would be a shame to have to leave it. Just a thought. ❤

Everywhere we rented we put in a screen door and the landlords were ok with it as long as we bought it so ask them i think they will be fine with you guys adding it plus it's so good to have a screen door wap on nice days to leave the door open. Btw love your blouse

Hostas are my favourite. I have them planted all-over my garden beds but they thrive in my shaded areas. They're so big and evey year they come back even bigger.

I like the placement of the flower basket planter hanging on the outside of the porch . So everyone coming can see them , plus easier to water . If it is God’s will one day you will definitely own your own home . I will be right there watching your channel .
This is how I water my ferns use Epsom salt to water your ferns, first, fill a large bucket (I use a 5-gallon bucket) with water. Then, add two tablespoons of Epsom salt for every gallon of water and stir well. Make sure the Epsom salt is completely dissolved before watering your ferns. Dip fern into the bucket and push down easily until the fern is submerged. Then let it set until it quits bubbling then pull it out sit in huge shade until it drains then hang back up. Everything looks beautiful inside and outside your home.

Maybe you guys know someone that might have a big old Boulder that you can put in that one spot in your yard where they came up through because just putting that up there alone you might have somebody that's just not very nice and just come up right through there anyway and that will deter them and begonias love son so you can maybe put some of those on your back porch and I was also thinking you know right there that front porch is pretty white lattice will look pretty under the steps and really set off in your garden

Also have you considered asking your current landlord to sell you the house you are currently renting, or do you prefer to just move into something else?

I really like that coffee but the unsweetened with the Zero Starbucks caramel creamer. I also like it with hot coffee. It doesn’t need any more sugar.

Eric's mom and my mom both live an hour away and my dad lives about 30 minutes away.
