From what I can recall, the last uste topnotcher was Arlene Maneja from early 2000s. She also graduated undergrad from faculty of arts & letters like him. Arlene was a debater while he is a writer. If your communication skills are already honed prior to law school, plus good academic habits, excellence will follow. My salutations! :)
