Well the first positive thing that comes to my mind is that he is sick of the cycle "paranoia, betrayal, violence, repeat". This means that he wants something more in life other than the same old family drama. Then also he is thinking about someone other than himself - Davina, more specifically about what she would do with her time - and I have a feeling that he wants to live up to that, that he now wants something more and will try to be better (and at the beginning scene where he drinks juice, like come on, Kol Mikaelson drinking something other than blood or bourbon).
Thank you Kol!!! Why does Elijah and Klaus think they have to stay together forever? Why is selfish for him to not want to stay with them FOREVER? They could at least stay in the same city but get their own place. Why so clingy??? IT'S NOT NORMAL!! Even for family!! Another reason Kol is my favorite original
Bruh talk about normal they have lived together for 1000 years no one can ever understand how much of bond they have kol now sees this isn't normal but we can't ever know what that must be like to have a bond that lasts so long and that is so unbreakable that death can't break because none of really died until 1000 years later so tbh no they don't know what normal is and to them always being together and normal and if i was them i would want all of us together maybe not the same place but same city or same country or state but they always break rules and laws to see each other.
It can't be a coincidence that he's talking about Davina, did he mean that today was her birthday? I feel like there might be a connection if whatever is going on with the child witch drama is happening on her birthday
Davina's not 23 that's a continuity error. It was already confirmed season 1 she was 16 at the harvest in January 2011 which would put her date of birth no later than January 1995 making her 24 (and not her birthday now, as it is May 2019 in show).
Nara Uchiha lol I know I’m late on response and you might’ve already figured it out, but each season does not mean one year in the actual show itself. It might’ve only been six months. I don’t know if you understand what I’m saying but 😅🤷🏻♀️
@@may-er9ev Season 1 was 8 months. then 4 months go by. Season 2 was 6 months. 6 months go by. Season 3 was 8 months. 5 years go by. Davina was 16 over a year before Hope was born, was 17 when Hope was born and was 19 when she died in season 3, and Vincent confirmed that was exactly 5 years ago. So she would be 24 in this episode time if she had not died.
I loved him in both. In TVD, he was a sociopath, but he was so funny about it, and his death sucked, but then in the Originals, we see more layers to him and he falls for someone.
I think this shows that they would of been needed in the fight rather then at the end cause having the 4 strongest vampires would of helped greatly to protect hope
This scene shows why Finn was right the Mikaelsons were evil. Kol is one evil bastard, draining that woman dead. All their talk of family and loyalty is meaningless.
@@katrinajackson8494 Yeah, that's a shitty thing to do, not gonna argue. But I do understand his reasoning behind it. I mean, he only did that because witnessing Dahlia taking his beloved sister traumatized him to a degree where he thought that taking a child's life was better than having Dahlia come after him and his remaining siblings. Who, btw, were way more terrible to him than he ever was to them...If I were Finn, I don't know whether I would've tried to do anything to save the lot at all...
@@samsampleman2439 finn was no better then the rest of them he rounded up children to trigger their curses. He led elijah to be tortueted by esther. (I know esther did it aswell and rebrkah bur it was either rebekah in Eva's body or a child snatching psycho on the loose aldo kol dud it which was also wrong) in tvd finn worked with esther to try and kill his siblings. Finn is a hypocrite he would have killed people, manipulated, lied and threatened like all the others if he was given a chance but he was in a box for 900 years. Also klaus aligned with mukael for a short time to save hope. Klaus would've done anything to save her so he would've let finn help. Also freya was the one who actually got taken and abused and traumatised and she didnt try to kill hope. Freya even said something like "the brother I knew would never stoop to threaten a child. Our mother ruined him luke she dud me" which means it was never the mikaelson siblings that drive finn to do what he dud it was his own mother which I can believe because esther trued to kill hope by using the witches at the end if season 1.
@@katrinajackson8494 Still, whatever Finn did was in no way worse than what any of his siblings ever did (to him). Let's just agree that they're all shitty people and leave it at that.

i love him 😂😂😻
Aw he remembered her birthday!
Anahi Block she was the "love" of his life
i know i just thought it was sweet
well of course he did if he hadn’t he’d suck as a boyfriend
Literally not her birthday. Rewatch season 1. Her birthday is in December, this episode is May.
Kol's character development is everything. I really want to see more scenes of him and Rebekah during the season and not only on the finale :/
вики D what development he seems the same

he married davina that’s one thing for sure
I love that how even his family knows that he loves her
Kolvina and Kolbekah. 😍
sombodi200 Wut ? The Kolbekah is about their brother - sister relationship, you are strange dude.
sombodi200 She's just talking about their brother-sister relationship
I think Rebekah is wantonly sibling who ever really cared about him
@@shaeelynn Except she used him for her own gain every chance she got then threw him under a bus whenever he needed her.

ikrrrr
It amazes me how they casually kill a girl and it doesn't even faze them
It’s even worse how they do it when Hope is there. They should at least have the decency not to murder someone in the place that Hope lives.
I think this shows that they would of been needed in the fight rather then at the end cause having the 4 strongest vampires would of helped greatly to protect hope
is it just me or have the originals become alot more ruthless in season 4? like they dont give a shit about human life anymore lol.
ISTG that made me tear up all over again, why he's not trying even for once to bring her back?
Bella IB he's a original vampire he needs a witch and with how crazy Freya is acting I don't think she is the best choice plus Freya killed Davina.
yh ik that's what I'm saying why not find someone
Bella IB At that point he didn’t think she could be brought back, after the ancestors were destroyed, so for all he knew she was gone for good.
Claires french accent is hot
is Divina back this season?
She's making an appearance in 4x08.
