- All of a sudden I am seeing Chinese E Commerce sites advertising the GPZ7000 detectors for 1/3 of the going price, these are coming out just before Christmas, so do not get conned and hit with scam products. #minelab #GPZ7000 #metaldetecting
Normal practice for China, and nothing really Minelab would be able to do. As soon as a product hits the market, you can bet some Chinese national buys one locally, and takes it back to China for reverse engineering cheaply! They've done this for decades, and have no shame in doing it either.
Madness, I heard the fakes are vlf detectors
100% This has all come out to hit the Christmas presents market….
great video mate thankyou very much
Glad it helped
Oh great!
China does not recognise patents, if they make it to Australia we do recognise patents so they will be seized. The buyer will finish with nothing and the seller will not be penalised.
I ordered a 4500 a while back and it came through no problems, but the build was crap and I scrapped it.
On a previous video about the impending Chinese release of advanced metal detector Is this what Dave was eluding to?
No not the fakes, we saw a Chinese PI demo unit that was made by Cheebo, it was not a knock off.
@@DetectorMods The Chinese do knockoff DIY designs is this one of these
@@vladnurk4710 it is their own design as far as I know.

Buy one and open it up see what’s inside
You might be surprised 😂
It would go in the bin..lol
@@DetectorMods you could make a video on it and get your money back from views
Wasn’t it you that posted a video saying the foreign technology was going to shake up the world of detectors ?
@@scottanderson3230 it is on its way but it is not from Minelab knock offs, these videos all together make $40 a month that I donate to the poor in the Philippines.
