Enjoyed this video. I was just out there on Fin's last week. You are only front locked correct? Seemed to make a big difference on "the wall." My '05 LC climbs it well enough with A-TRAC but am installing a front locker this summer first before rear locker as I think it will be more advantageous with our IFS rigs. How do you like the CDL and locked front overall?
I was actually triple locked for this event/excursion. At the end of the trip I had some issues with my front locker not engaging (eaton e-locker- the supplied connectors are not waterproof FYI) I wheeled front locked for two years and after adding a rear locker I can say without a doubt that a rear locker is more advantageous than front however if I had to do it again, I would still do front first to prevent blowing it up Wheeling front and center locked vs rear and center locked is wildly different. Then triple locked (or twin locked) is a whole different ball game
@@cruiserpatch For sure. I've had two triple-locked 80's and they were amazing. Moved onto a Hundo for the drivability/power factor when not on the trails so the mountains were easier to navigate on I-70!
@mcknz75 I can’t imagine attempting to drive an 80 through Colorado without an engine swap or something…the 100 is definitely more highway comfortable as well
Oh my god! Did you know that the Rising Sun Flag pattern on your clothes was a war criminal flag used by Japan during World War II? The pattern is like the Nazi Hakenkreuz!
I was most impressed with the guy with the Lx470. Pretty much followed y'all no problems. Great video!
Also Lee is a madman
😂😂😂
Enjoyed the different angles and editing! The drop straight to bumper yall took was intense!
I wasn’t prepared for that. Kinda just smash down into the rock 😂
@cruiserpatch you and the lexus both! Lol ironman bumper holding 8k lbs!

Amazing! Thanks for sharing, already looking forward to the next video!

So good from Australia #phils_offroad
Thanks, Phil
@@cruiserpatch it's funny that Lee broke Left side cv I have done same
Weeks side I always carry a spare now Especially in Victorian high country
Lee’s broken about 6/7 axles in the past few months. All that travel kills them
