Oh my gosh this was so helpful!! I’m a very similar build with almost your exact measurements and have really struggled determining my size in A&F denim. So THANK YOU for this video!
They look so good on you. I’ve tried curve love jeans multiple times but they never fit right. The waist is still too big, sizing to me is inconsistent.
@@VanessaBlancoit’s normally no more than 25$ to get the waist tailored. (Mine fit a bit big in the waist and for 100$ jeans I understand not wanting to pay more for tailoring BUT if you do, you’re going to LOVEEEEEE the jeans)
Very helpful... My question is... Why can't I/we find the perfect pair on jeans??? All the brands and I still can't find the ones that are just right for me. My measurements are 36/28/42 Sooooo where they at?? Very frustrating,!
Agreed! Unfortunately people tend to get them altered to make them fit. So buying what fits the hips and taking in the waist. But you end up paying more for jeans that should fit right in the first place. Very frustarting
Yes this was helpful ! Thank you ! I am about 190 lbs and 5’5 and got the curve love in 33 R and STILL had gaping in the back 😩 I hate that they charge return shipping fees because I defff do not have a A&f close by and have to order 2 sizes to see which fit . They shutdown the stores a little while back in my city and closest city so how they expect you to do trial and error to figure out your size without returns ??😒
This was helpful. Already ordered some jeans from A-F but if they run a lil big (which I'm afriad they might), I'll know it'll probably be worth it to size down.
Your video just confirmed that downward rip is supposed to be there. I thought mine were defective… did the rip look better after you washed them? The 29 you ended keeping look like you washed them (the rip looks better).
Yea cause on the models pic it didn’t really look like that. I wondered as the sizes went up they added that so it would be comfortable versus suffocating my thigh haha. Yea that one I had already worn and washed
Ok so I ended up getting the 30 and omg they were super big on me so now I’m debating to get a 28 or a 29 I’m 30 waist and hips 41 I’m usually a size 9 in jeans I don’t understand.. I don’t want to get the 29 then they fit about the same as the 30 ahhh I guess I’ll prob have to go in to the store to try them on which is something I honestly didn’t want to do . Or maybe just maybe it’s safe to get a 28 🤔🤔

Yea I feel you. And even when you think you figured it out the denim washes will still feel differently lol 🤷🏻♀️

I feel you! I thought about buying a size that fit generally and taking in the waist with a tailor. But who knows how much that would cost.
@@VanessaBlanco the jeans that don’t have the holes on this video are my favorite

Yea I wish returns were free also. They’re aren’t enough A&F stores close by anymore
