The argument that timestop is a wave is like trying to argue that a visual effect so the viewers can tell whats going on is actually there, the easiest way to counterargument this is to look at dio time skipping, its instant, no effects, nothing, he just disappears and appears.
The six eyes doesn’t give GOJO the ability to automatically know techniques by seeing them. It specifically says it gives him extremely high sensory ability, as well as being able to see the flow of cursed energy. Which allows him to deduce cursed techniques by seeing the cursed energy flow. Tired of people making gojo damn near omniscient.
yeah i dont get how people even misunderstand that like it's shown that he is incredibly perceptive and able to tell when he's being watched as a result of his 6 eyes, which wouldn't make sense if the misconception were true
Bro literally admitted to Kenjaku that his six eyes cannot see through his disguise when he said "Everything tells me you're Sugaru Geto, but my soul is rejecting all of that" and somehow people still think he can just magically see through techniques.
Here's how i imagine Gojo vs Jotaro to go "Hollow purple" "Purple? So it's the same color as my stand" Jotaro immediately gets limitless and proceeds to hit Gojo with a, somehow, endless barrage of black flash powered ora rushes. Roll credits

The thing thats seemingly always forgotten is that risotto was not trying to kill doppio, he wanted to interrogate him. So metallica wasnt even used at its full power.
He also got a little careless. I'd say a Risotto like the one from the start of the fight with Doppio but that goes straight for the kill wins 100% of the time

28:58 purple could never touch cream when he's in the ball because it's blatantly stated that both cream and vanilla ice hop into an parallel dimension. And the ball is the space they delete around them. Cream would literally eat the hollow purple or just run past it.
@@wadefreaky yes. in fact there is another stand that literally teleports by erasing space. they kinda misdescribed it because the eating is more like a portal and would just go past it

@@yuritarded5245It was never stated explicitly but based on reaction alone Gojo was not really "seeing" Sukuna's slashes (especially the last one). He might have been able to "sense" them but his reactions does not confirm that he can see them. Only one confirmed by Sukuna to be capable to seeing it is Rika and then by extension Yuta. As for other tecniques, we can safely assume he can see them and understand how they work (e.g. the guy that can create clones, Gojo figured it out upon seeing it). Even the old guy who can reverse damage was afraid of Gojo because he knows that one look and Gojo would know how his CT works. But yeah, it seems that only Gojo, Sukuna, and to some extent Kenjaku (Kenjaku mainly using knowledge and observation while Gojo and Sukuna just knows thru curse energy--why he immediately knew that Megumi has an interesting CT), can figure out how other sorcerer's CT works.

Funny enough, this was actually explained by a villain in Steel Ball Run. The guy with the watch that turns back time. Stands are an embodiment of your fighting spirit, so challenging yourself by letting the enemy know what your Stand can do has the benefit of powering up your Stand! Unfortunately, he never gives details as to what kind of a boost this provides and Araki never elaborated. That said, there are plenty of villains who intentionally keep their abilities a secret or even outright lie about what their abilities are.
@@AverageVergil-r2x Pretty much the same principle. I've noticed there are a few series with power systems that can be boosted by establishing special caveats/restrictions that like using this excuse to justify characters explaining their powers to enemies.
@@OmniGmanI think it's more of a narrative tool than anything. JoJo stands almost always have weird and esoteric abilities with nuance that needs to be explained. So people talking about their stands to others is just a means to the goal of explaining to the audience. There's a lot of fights where the internal thoughts of the characters or the narrator explains abilities, regardless.
I am absolutely certain that time stop would bypass infinity. Infinity works by slowing down everything infinitely. However Star Platnium just completely removes time from the equation. The slow down just wouldn’t work
That's not what infinity means, at least in Gojo's powers context. It is the adding of infinite space that creates an effect of something slowing down.
But where’s infinity when theres zero, it’s basically if you multiply any number by zero it is just zero. It’s like the whole giorno vs johnny debate again lol
There is that instance when dio didn’t wanna punch Joseph while time was stopped because he wrapped himself with Hamon. Time stop is theoretically supposed to bypass that because no effects can happen while time is at 0 . But apparently they can. Since Gojo never has it off it would still be on. Just wanted to add to that. Both an abilities from characters are incredibly busted.
@@chrismclean4789I’d assume he meant right after his disks got stolen (because that’s the only point he got shot iirc) but even then jolyne deflected the bullets John Gali A fired at her and he got hit by them lmao
@@LimboDBDAfter his disks was stolen literally means he was a vegetable. Can't expect much. The fact he got shot that much and was completely okay afterwards is impressive in itself.
Okay I need to verify Green Day's ability here, because I see a lot of people claim it's based on the difference of elevation between the user and the victim. But doesn't it just affect anyone who moves downward? As I understood it, Chocolatta got in the helicopter in order to spread his ability over a wider range, not because it's necessary for the ability to work. Ideally, he could just infect someone, then retreat to a lower elevation where nobody can follow after him.
Once you get infected, you really can't go down, you can only go up or stay exactly where you are without moving It's not really based on difference from the stand and you but on the difference of altitude from where you got infected and where you're going
yeah it's only based on current altitude. Cioccolata only took an helicopter because it's impossible for them to reach except Narancia and even if they managed to reach him it would be easy for cioccolata to lower the helicopter
The thing about Jotaro’s time stop is that either way you interpret it they both effectively work the same way. If time is stopped effectively during that moment Jotaro had light speed, and if he moves so fast the world seems to stop you have the same effect
I was thinking about that because in timestop, all of Jotaro's interactions happen in essentially no time at all, so there's no reason to believe Gojo can just defend himself during that time
Imo, infinity would actually work on timestop attacks once Gojo is aware of the threat of it. Since the filter has to recognize the attack to do it automatically, it would absolutely get through the first time. Afterwards though? Every attack in timestop would still be a normal attack, just faster. Nothing could stop Gojo from just keeping it up manually once he realizes he is vulnerable.
@@justjoking5252 the problem is that neither he nor the infinity can actually perceive the things Jotaro does in timestop because for everything outside of it, it happens in no time- as in there’s no actual span of time for the limitless to react
@@thatguy779 I see what you mean, and I agree that Gojo cannot react to it, that would require time to pass. A key detail to remember though, is that as proven in the Hanami and Jogo fight, he was fully able to keep his infinity barrier up without having to detect an attack, even on a then helpless (and therefore not attacking) Hanami. Another key detail, is that Joseph managed to stop Dio from punching him by wrapping himself in a hamon infused Hermit purple. Dio never tries to melee attack him after this, even when he has ample opportunities to when he stops time. It's a fair assumption to say timestop does not negate properties, only pauses them, otherwise Dio would have just gone for the kill. If time stop was used against an aware Gojo, I think they would just crash against the barrier.
@@justjoking5252 those are good points however, the limitless is specifically vulnerable to phenomena that in the case of Sukuna target everything non-specifically. And unlike the Hermit Purple example, the limitless isn’t a barrier of something that blocks attacks, rather it slows stuff down as they approach. This method of defense doesn’t really work when essentially an attack hits that for all intents and purposes either doesn’t physically take place but just the aftermath, or happens in literally less than a measurable span of time. Even if Gojo is aware that Jotaro can timestop, he can’t actually perceive what happens during stoped time because only stand users with specific time related abilities can actually interact with that 2-9 second bubble of non-time
Metallica kinda stomps ngl, the only reason he didnt chop doppio's head was to confirm if he was the boss. Star Platinum in stopped time would bypass infinity, by either having gojo's brain not be active in stopped time entirely or because of this the limitless no longer can divide, making the distance finite, Mind you this is heavilly bias towards gojo since it's assuming his brain can even percieve mftl speeds for his brain to distinguish and divide, when the highest speed potentially in verse is relativistic.
Gojo could prob just rct his blood to not clump up the iron no? Its plausible, but its prob way too precise and all that, only a level of RCT Hakari's auto RCT can use.
Timestop can't even stop hamon from flowing through one's body, distance and space still exist in timestop so infinity should keep running if its already running, let alone cursed energy reinforcement
@@Emerald29ok? Where are you getting that from? RCT doesn’t control the body, it heals it, but nothing is stopping Metallica from making all the blood in gojo’s brain into razor blades instantly killing him. And preventing RCT.
The best arguments for Jotaro would be that technically all movement in time stop would count as an infinite speed due to it being done outside of time, and the fact that Jotaro heavily outscales Gojo in term of AP Durability and Speed
Depends on if she keeps the adaptations Anubis has and is able to move at Star Platinum/Silver Chariot level of speed. If that’s the case she’s definitely gonna be like top 10 of the verse lol
@@cyrus8886Yeah you’re right, but it’s not as fun thinking about who it would work better on. We’re talking about our glorious blue haired queen, the GOAT, Miwa.
Infinity should cancel out infinity, which includes infinite velocity/speed, infinite space, infinite time, and infinite rotation. Anything that harnesses the power of infinity should be a hardcounter to Gojo. Time stop is one such ability, since any distance travelled over a time of 0 will equal infinite velocity.
It depends on the level of infinite, like there is infinitely more number of irrational numbers than infinite natural numbers. So it comes down to reinforcement of gojos infinity like when he did with hanami and jogo when they used domain amplification. Most likely gojo looses
Pretty much no matter how you look at it time stop should counter it: If you interpret it as immeasurable speed then he's hitting him with infinity. If you interpret it as literally stopping time then he once again hits Gojo with an infinity. If you don't think time stop creates infinity then there's also the fact that Infinity shouldn't work when time is stopped. We've seen forces like gravity stop completely. Pretty much the only thing allowed to move in stopped time is whatever someone with this power directly interacts with.
"over a time of 0" But that's not actually the case though is it? If you can stop time for 10 seconds and travel 10 meters then you travelled 10 meters in 10 seconds. You still have a fixed speed IN stopped time. If his technique is active then you'd still be travelling towards him from point A to point B so you'd still need to cross that physical space. Infinity is quite literally just a hard counter to time stop.
no bro, it shouldn't be work like that. since you literally stopped time, the actual time that you need to travel that 10 meter is still zero. the 10 seconds that you have is just a limitation to your time stop ability, people that didn't have time stop wouldn't even realize that you only stop time for 10 seconds. and if you wanna more prove just watch jotaro vs dio in OVA, dio literally teleport while he basically isn't. he just stopped time and travel to somewhere he wants
Quick point. Gravity is not magnetism, it is the bending of spacetime (and we are trying to figure out if it is quantized). However, light *does* pass through the limitless (because Gojo can see), and that *is* electromagnetic, so magnetic fields should pierce the limitless.
That’s somewhat shakey because light wouldn’t be targeted by limitless regardless of if it can because it’s not a threat to Gojo, so we can’t use light not penetrating the limitless to prove that the magnetic field generated by Metallica would effect him.
Technically infinity works and filters everything that six eyes considers a threat. Once six eyes or gojo or both realise magnetic fields or light is a threat, they can filter it out.
The six eyes don't give the ability to just know what an ability does, they just give REALLY good eyesight (among other unrelated abilities) Gojo can see how a person's cursed technique is formed and how it interacts with the world. From that he assesses their technique
Yeah but he can see everything around him in a roughly around 10 kilometer radius. It also gives him extremely high intelligence and the ability to think at 60 times the speed of humans and also learn anything instantly. That was stated by Gege when he explained why Gojo has no real hobbys. Because he just instantly is the best at it
@@Yozora_Kujo incorrect, Sukuna literally made a binding vow to instantly fire the slash without build up. In exchange he had to use signs & chants for the rest of them.
He could have misspoken, it was a 50 minute long rant. Though generally speaking, it doesn't really change anything. If infinity doesn't affect gravity, then it'd be safe to assume that it wouldn't affect magnetism either, they're both fundamental forces after all
@@literalgarbage8014 Infinity does affect gravity which is why you see him flying. He’s basically controlling the space he’s in and moving it with his technique. Not like Ki where it’s a force pushing him off the ground / against gravity. His technique disregards gravity in general. But since he can control his ability on a molecular level. He’s the one allowing which forces apply to him.
In jojo's magnetism IS a form of gravity. Greatly shown with diavolos ability being explained as for fate, gravity, and magnetism being interconnected. Jojo's is weird you have to watch it. Even the main antagonist in part 6 had something like it, his ability basically explaining fate and gravity are intertwined.
23:52 I always interpret cream as moving freely in his own parallel dimension, and deleting anything at his coordinate in the real world, no folding space is going to stop that
The weirdest thing is he doesn’t even correctly describe infinity. He talks about infinity like it not able to block out subatomic particles when it is it just doesn’t perceive those particles like air and sunlight as a threat so it lets them through.
yeah and no, I think cream can bypass infinity but can't eat purple, for the sole reason that purple is made out of imaginary mass, it's kind of like cream itself, it consumes stuff or desintegrates / anhilates it in it's tracks with certain nuances. It would be a matchup by stats, if cream can outspeed gojo it's wraps, if gojo can outspeed cream it's wraps.
The idea of timestop surpassing infinity isn't really hard to explain. In order to stop the force that is time itself, you would need a near infinite control over time to alter it. Jotaro and DIO would clear
@@midnightbat344 I never read part 7 but my guess is because act 4 could open valentine's Love train. Maybe the same way tusk could move in time stop? (I'm talking bullshit)
but infinity could still be active during time stop which would stop dio and jotaro, because dio said he couldn't touch joseph in time stop due to the Harmon coating his body, meaning things like infinity are still active, and time stop isn't really a light speed movement, otherwise they could go around the world in an instant. Its essentially a close range teleport.
Bro nah cream vs gojo is not even close firstly gojo's hollow purple amped by uraume was tank by sukuna which clearly means it does not work as an antimatter instant delete. Furthermore depending on translation cream is a ball of nothingness so would you be able to domain nothing? Or even use hollow purple on it. Cream just neggs gojo
It was Utahime who buffed Gojo what are you waffling about. Cream is so very blind in his dimension and has no means of traveling vertically while in his ball form. Gojo could literally just fly up and when cream pops his head out eventually to see he’ll say “Why is the sky so purpl-“
Vanilla ice can’t see when in cream. Gojo can fly. Gojo just needs to dodge and then vanilla ice needs to come out eventually. Gojo’s six-eyes means he’ll see where vanilla ice is up until he comes out. Admittedly that one dodge is easier said than done, but cream literally got capped just because polnareff got off the ground. If gojo dodges vanilla ice’s first attack he wins easily.
The real question is, could Gappy beat Gojo in hand-to-hand??!!! (I'm not asking seriously, it's just Gappy's hand-to-hand is hilariously good for Jojo standards)

@monikabobb5552 As forces Electromagnetism has an effect that can over shadow gravity. Gravity is known to be the weakest of the fundamental forces, but being more prominent as it gets stronger when masses are attracted to each other and collide, where Electromagnetism cancels itself out when opposite charges collide. The weak force and strong force only really have an effect at the atomic level, where gravity has little effect due to the negligible mass. That's what physicists mean when they say that one is stronger than the other.
@@monikabobb5552 then riddle me this. why can a magnet overcome gravity? isnt it because its stronger? (ik we on earth and gravity depends but still.)
Cream manipulates a pocket of an alternate dimension. He's not "eating" space, he's scooping that space into a separate reality. I'd argue that limitless does not stop a ball of separate dimension.
actually i don't think cream void ball is getting through infinity, since the change with the space like the void suddenly appearing in that finite space, then is treated as a threat as will infinity divide the space MAKING it infinity small and stop/ stuck the void portal in between the infinity as it did not exist. i mean cream can theoretically bypass a single layer of infinity through other dimensions and just appear inside of Gojo's body, but i am sure that Gojo can react fast enough to cover his whole body with infinity making void portal stop expanding staying at a infinity small scale
Purple was never shown deleting characters who got hit by it also if it delete stuff hanami should never be able to block it💀 also anyone stronger than sukuna outside jjk verse can easily deal with purple since even sukuna didn't get delete by it, cream has way more feats than purple no contest, also toji should've turn in to ash if delete stuff

I like how immediately you get Green Day wrong lmao. Green Day, while yes, spreads its spores effectively when its user is above its target, actually functions off of the victim's own altitude. If someone affected by the spores moves DOWN they will immediately deteriorate them based on how much and how long they move. Which of course becomes unstoppable once you fall down. You can actually avoid any and all damage from it by just not moving, and of course this is complimented by Secco's ability to turn the floor into a liquid. So again, by sinking, they decompose instantly, which is why it was so incredibly scary as a package deal.
I thought the same thing and I still think go to beat him because he can teleport and fly, but he never even explains why it just wouldn’t affect Gojo. Why does he think that?
99% of the stands wont be able to touch him BUT for the dozen that does... Gojo is screwed, negative diff even. So, how Infinity is shown in the Inventory arc is that Gojo's brain has to do equations to calc anything coming at him, if you stop time he cannot make this equation work, meaning he cannot block anything his brain cannot calc.
It's actually the other way around. Infinity is always active and he calculates what is harmless and then allows it through. Infinity is even active while he's sleeping. Which is why his students had to ask to touch him. He didn't consciously judge them as a threat that he needs to stop with infinity, it's just something that happens automatically.
@@JohnSmith-j7n It's explained in the Hidden Inventory arc, look up a video that shows the scene. One important thing is gojo does have to fuel limitless with cursed energy. He’s able to generate basically infinite but that’s not instaneous. If he gets hit by something so hard that it uses up enough energy to fuel limitless at a single moment he should just get cooked. Great video! Gravity is not "like a super form of magnetism.' They are both forces, but that is the end of their similarities. The specifics of gravity change based on which model of physics you use, but in general gravity is a property of objects with mass. One in which mass bends space resulting in objects 'falling towards eachother. This is essentially what Gojo's ability is in practice. He can create that 'hole' or 'bend' in space. This forces objects in the immediate area to 'fill' that space. Magnetism is a result of the Elctro-magnetic force. Electricity and magnetism are two different sides of the same coin. Much like a coin you cannot have one side without the other. This force occurs anytime a charged particle moves. Implying that the power of magnetism is the power to direct the flow of charges. Most likely the reason it would have to be a metallic object is because those objects have strong conductive properties. Technically though you should be able to use this power to change the chemical composition of any object. As chemical reactions are simply electrons moving from one molecule to another. End analysis: Magnetism should work through limitless, it is a force.

But to be fair DIO couldn’t touch Joseph due to hamon be in active even tho time was stopped so that does give gojo a good chance at not getting hit cuz of infinity. Oh and jotaro cannot punch faster than time he just punches really really fast that Kira said it was like he stopped time. tha
Vanilla ice can’t see with cream. I’d argue six-eyes could see the space removed by cream but even without that vanilla ice has to come out eventually to peek at which point he gets domed by someone with 360 degree awareness. Gojo can fly as well which makes narrowing in on a target while blind almost impossible as there’s a whole other axis to consider. Polnareff won by just getting to the ceiling. People are gassing vanilla ice up way too hard for someone who got killed by a polnareff that couldn’t walk and a dog.
I disagree with 3. Gojo managed to heal a knife in his brain with RCT. From what other characters say you would need to destroy a large part of the brain (or separate the brain from the stomach) and I don't think Risotto has the capacity to do that, especially since Gojo can heal wounds as they form to a degree that he can tank Malevolent Shrine

Kinda sad that green green grass of home wasn’t even on the wheel. That would have been an interesting discussion on account of its ability being based on the same mathematical concept that infinity is.
Damn metas…expected you to hold it down for jojo a lil better. Glazing that boy gojo like craaaazy. The fact that you were convinced gojo comes close to cream is insane. Kinda feels gojo is becoming the next goku..maybe that’s just me.
Yeah, no. Its the change is altitude, its not just if someone goes higher or lower compared to the stand There's a scene in the show where the dude was in a helicoptor, he kept going up and the people in their houses just started falling over and dying almost immediately
I think chocolata actually could kill gojo, because he wasn’t immune to the pollen based attack from hanami. I think spores are of a similar magnitude and if they start consuming lifeforms at a cellular level then that would be durability negation. I don't think he wins but i think he is more of a threat than most people give him especially if he just hides somewhere near and populated.
So two things with the Jotaro section: 1. I think the argument of Time Stop being immeasurable speed is stupid. The only argument in series for it is Kira saying Jotaro moves so fast it's like time itself has stopped which we know that's just Jotaro moving that fast, not his ability activated. This point of immeasurable speed completely contradicts what the part 6 stand stats, what DIO says about it in part 3 and what Other Universe Dio in part 7 says about the ability. Basically, time is stopped universally and in this stopped time, only the user of the ability can move, perceive and essentially do anything in stopped time. Stopped time also has different universal laws than that of our own universe and (this is SPECIFICALLY stated) time DOES NOT move the same in the "time stop universe". The time specifics on how long DIO, part 7 Dio, Jotaro can "activate" or move in the time stop universe is just for us to understand a rough equivalent cause time doesn't flow the same in that time stop universe Side note: This is why in a King Crimson vs. The World debate, The World's abilities are greater cause the world of time stop is different from the normal world that King Crimson resides in. Only way to defeat it is to "invade time stop", speed up time stop (by infinitely speeding up the universe), return any action to zero, reflect any damage done by the time stop user, calamity or have infinite rotation especially one that can't be seen. a.k.a. have The World (Star Platinum), Tusk Act 4, Made in Heaven, Soft & Wet Go Beyond, GER, Wonder of U, D4C Love Train. 2. Now THIS is the reason why Jotaro, DIO, part 7 Dio can beat Gojo. Cause in the time stop universe, Gojo, even with his abilities active, can't do anything and wouldn't be capable of invading time stop. Of course it depends on how Jotaro and DIO utilize the time stop dimension. If DIO starts to throw knives and plays with Gojo, Gojo is blocking all of that and unlimited void hits it's over (wonder if it would work on Kars by the way lol). Otherwise if they "Kakyoin" Gojo, or decides to cut his head like DIO was about to do to Jotaro then he Gojo probably loses
I agree with 2, Jotaro probably beats Gojo easier than Dio cos he’s not so cocky. A side note for your first point: the translation of the part 6 guide book says something like “star platinum allows Jotaro to surpass the speed of light and stop time, which implies (to some people) that the speed is what forces time to stop. I don’t personally believe that but it’s not just the Kira feat that supports it. Btw this page appears in the video at 32:37
I'd also like to add in that the highballing was a bit unfair. They bumped Jo to Island from one outlier, but ignored Yuki's black hole feet, something a weaker character not only stood within, but Gege narrated (gege) said was a black hole. Gege does what Araki does, he tells us abilities. If we can use Araki, then why not Gege? Withstanding a black hole is an insane feat No matter how hard you cut it.

Right after the Toji fight it’s shown that he started training his Infinity to automatically block things that are considered a threat, and since Gojo unlocked RCT he can just heal the fatigue. He still loses but y’know
Wait have you not finished all of jjk bro it’s actually auto now lol like it’s been auto since as stated after the moment your speaking of and he fights toji he awakens then beats him then trains and he then gets older and his infinity becomes automatic by the time we see him in season 1

Isn't the problem with Cream being he is technically blind. Can't Gojo literally just fly away. Like his advantage against grounded opponents is that he will eventually reach you, but Gojo isn't just a grounded opponent. The blindness with Cream is a huge disadvantage since it's very easy for Gojo to just get out of the way especially with Six Eyes.
I mean besides the fact that Vanilla can also fly, he seems so used to his ability that the blindness becomes less of an issue Also Cream is entirely invisible while using his ability, the only argument against this would be the six eyes but he can't see into a point of space entirely seperate from our own
@@ignotuscapillary8313 Polnareff used Vanilla's rage to beat him, Iggy only took advantage of his blindness to juke him out which basically blinded him with rage. @@BocchiTheBox Cream doesn't bend space, the only reason they saw him was because of all the dust and sand that was being destroyed, but if you're in the air with no dust or smoke then he's effectively invisible Also Ice can peek out of cream whenever and the void bubble is still technically there, if not for a limited time afterwards The whole thing with cream though is that everything in its range just gets annihilated, and there are three arguments you can go with 1. He erases the space around him, thus he can eat infinity 2. Since he's in a pocket dimension, infinity can't push him because he does not exist in that section of space 3. Infinity blocks him regardless, but that also means infinity has to block both cream AND the void bubble, which might not work since its intangible and maybe even mass-less
Do I have to make you remember that a Stand can only be kill by another Stand? In other words, Gojo can't see Stands, and he can't hurt them. If he launch a Hollow Purple on an Stand, the attack will just do nothing. Because he's not a Stand user, he can't see them, he can't kill them, he can't even know that they are here. Imagine if the Stand "Lover" go into Gojo, and if Gojo do a Hollow Purple in the Stand master... Funniest thing in the world.
The only thing that sucks with equalization is because things that cancel techniques or magics like Asta’s anti magic weapons you have to scale them somehow
The hardest thing to scale about Green Day (only in the sense of Green Day vs Gojo) is does the infinite distance that Gojo creates mean Green Day is that far away therefore making Gojo disappear faster than my father
@@Wezlii530 So unlike the stands here, the Hand unironically bypasses and unmakes space, which would make it ignore Infinity and reach Gojo. I think the caveat is you have to be kinda close to the target to get it to work.
1:06 that's not how the stand works, it's your altitude relative to the point you were infected from iirc. That's why secco worked so well with him and also why the gang didn't immediately die upon being infected.
CTs in general would probably only work on stands with physical forms that can be seen and interacted with by anyone. Gojo is kinda at a huge disadvantage if ce cant interact with stands at all though yeah.
They are physical most of the time because that makes them stronger but stands can go through wall and shit but they become weaker. I still think they can kill gojo tho
The only issue I see with Tusk is that Diego showed us you can also prevent the infinite spin by severing the part that got hit by it before it travels. Gojo could do that, heal with Reverse Cursed Technique, then be good to go.
The only issue with *that* is the fact that Diego knew because Valentine told him. He had a bunch of prep and insider information that you would almost never have, even if he could do that, how would he even *know* to do that?
The problem with gojo Vs green day is that gojo has his infinity active, so chocolata no diffs him bcs if he is above gojo, he would be infinity up gojo and he will just corrode instantly. No matter how good his reaction is he would die if chocolata above him and he has his infinity active, which is true.
Interesting comparasions, but there are a few problems(like with any I've seen) 1. When we get to light speeds considering physics in any meaningful sense is pointless 2. When we consider infinities, inf/inf, inf-inf, 0*inf and 0/0 are undefined, unless we consider stuff like limits for sequences it's impossible to compare them in any way 3. Gojo's power is supposed to divide space, not slow down movement, it's the visible effect, but not the ability itself, and he can control if he divides space for each specific object as long as he can distinguish it. So any attack unless it can travel through the whole universe, it won't be able to touch Gojo if we talk about typical physical attacks. Vanilla or The Hand I think work on removing space and things occupying that space, so they should be able to reach Gojo, but Jotaro for example won't
We can compare infinities, love train has an infinite amount of dimensions, each dimension is infinity, and gojo is just infinity, X^2 is larger than x when it comes to infinity. We can use limits as you said
Jotaro stomps Gojo Infinity only manipulates space and slows down everything that wants to touch it, but that doesn't work if there is NO time to slow down lmao Time Stop >>>>>>>> Infinity
@@CoolGutrun Learn the skills of who you are trying to defend lmao, there is no "universe" of space between Gojo and his barrier, the only thing infinite is the slowdown Time Stop ( true universal hax) >>>> Infinity
Cream removes himself from this dimension, and therefore cannot be pushed back by infinity and it devours whatever it passes through even it if is around it.
26:56 I’m not entirely educated on JJK manga, but using the clip shown here of Gojo, it can be assumed that infinity isn’t just “slowing down” the objects, this is also talked over at Death Battle with Gojo vs Makima, where it’s more of an infinite distance between the object and himself, so Tusk, (and maybe even Cream and any others) shouldn’t be able to hit Gojo, due to infinity.
I like Kaleb IA’s interpretation and even the guy who did the gojo JJBA gauntlet vid that because of Miguel’s space time manipulation description of Gojo’s ability or even him needing to perceive the attack with or without the six eyes to filter it out is a weakness of infinity and that since the ability to infinitely slow someone down takes time, stopping time should stop that ability but I digress
(10:20) a small correction, as a jojo nerd myself, all i can say that is, yes, he needs to concetrate quite alot of energy to shoot the nail to end gojo, but it does not need the specific conditions, that is something that alot of jojo fans get wrong, and dont hate on me, im just saying that he would with a 95% beat gojo

Risotto without any chill wins. Would be interesting to consider if Reverse Cursed Technique fixes y'know, your lack of nutrients and stuff, assuming Gojo ain't gonna immediately Hollow Purple Risotto and Reverse Cursed Tech doesn't add in missing iron, he can probably leave Gojo on his deathbed or close if the battle goes on long enough, and if Rev. Cursed Tech does add in missing iron and such from the blood, Risotto could eventually gather enough iron to do some real cool shit like a sword. Edit: Thread is fun, give it a read.
Bloodlusted Gojo > Bloodlusted Risotto You make an interesting point with RCT potentially fixing missing nutrients. I mean, it creates new, working blood in a limb if you are creating a new limb so it's possible Gojo can create new blood with RCT. I wonder if Gojo could chop off his arm, RCT a new one and just eat the new one to regain his iron
RCT regenerates blood at the VERY least and given how Gojo will definitely start loosing his iron deprived blood he will be able to regenerate new healthy blood.
Shoko confirmed in a recent chatper that RCT users transform CE into blood. So Gojo on isntinct would be recovering back any blood lost during an injury making it very unlikely that the iron deficiency comes into play. If Risotto does not go for a quick kill, Gojo can just levitate above 6 meters and Metallica becomes useless
I asked this question somewhere, but can Reverse Cursed Technique nullify the abilities of Metallica, Green Day, Purple Haze, White Album, Grateful Death, or maybe even Cream?
RCT creates new flesh so it can be helpful for repairing otherwise irreparable damage. RCT can also heal poisons but we don’t know if Current Gojo can do it, just that he couldn’t do it in hidden inventory. It should be able to heal from the frostbite of White Album and maybe even the damage from the mould but not necessarily the mould itself. As for Cream, he should be able to heal any damage dealt to him, until Cream either gets the head or the lower torso which will stop his RCT or cursed energy as a whole respectively.
@@jamestamsitt5806that being said, a good chunk of these stands will likely reinfect or just inflict whatever ability they have onto him again I doubt Gojo would just shake off Purple Haze's virus as it eats away at you as well as spread from other organisms, as a matter of fact, PH punched a wall and it somehow knocked birds out of the sky, that's how long this lasts in broad daylight and depending on the circumstances it would be more deadly because sunlight kills it faster and it was STILL super dangerous
I think an argument can still be made about Star Platinum hitting Gojo in time stop without the ridiculous speed scaling. Things done in time stop are instant, and since stopping time would be the ONLY THING IN THE UNIVERSE that is instantaneous, it would bypass infinity (since infinity is an infinite distance, but only to things moving towards gojo) and Jotaro would cave in Gojos head. TLDR: Infinity works by slowing how fast things approach gojo exponentially, but Time Stop eradicates the speed formula by being instantaneous Jotaro would be able to demolish Gojo in stopped time.
Infinity doesn't slow things down though. Things just appear to slow down to the human eye. In reality, since Jotaro still has a fixed speed IN stopped time and has to move from point A to point B in stopped time, infinity would still work. How far can he travel in those few seconds that time is stopped? Can he move to the other end of the universe in an instant just because time is stopped? Even if he could, that'd still be too slow to bypass infinity.
@@JohnSmith-j7n Infinity is dividing space sure, but it's doing that via decimal points not via adding more space.
Wiki does say its just "if they lower their altitude" and that checks out from the subs i remember watching so i think so, yeah
Once you get infected, you really can't go down, you can only go up or stay exactly where you are without moving
It's not really based on difference from the stand and you but on the difference of altitude from where you got infected and where you're going
yeah it's only based on current altitude.

@@thatguy779
I see what you mean, and I agree that Gojo cannot react to it, that would require time to pass.
Absolutely agree, Metallica wanted info out of doppio, man could have ended him then and there
Gojo could prob just rct his blood to not clump up the iron no?
Its plausible, but its prob way too precise and all that, only a level of RCT Hakari's auto RCT can use.
Timestop can't even stop hamon from flowing through one's body, distance and space still exist in timestop so infinity should keep running if its already running, let alone cursed energy reinforcement
@@Emerald29ok? Where are you getting that from? RCT doesn’t control the body, it heals it, but nothing is stopping Metallica from making all the blood in gojo’s brain into razor blades instantly killing him. And preventing RCT.

Pretty much no matter how you look at it time stop should counter it:
If you interpret it as immeasurable speed then he's hitting him with infinity.
"over a time of 0"
But that's not actually the case though is it?
@@JohnSmith-j7n if you move 10 meters in stopped time, the time it took for you to move that 10 meters is zero, because time was stopped.
Quick point. Gravity is not magnetism, it is the bending of spacetime (and we are trying to figure out if it is quantized). However, light *does* pass through the limitless (because Gojo can see), and that *is* electromagnetic, so magnetic fields should pierce the limitless.
FACT
That’s somewhat shakey because light wouldn’t be targeted by limitless regardless of if it can because it’s not a threat to Gojo, so we can’t use light not penetrating the limitless to prove that the magnetic field generated by Metallica would effect him.
Technically infinity works and filters everything that six eyes considers a threat. Once six eyes or gojo or both realise magnetic fields or light is a threat, they can filter it out.
okey but is it safe to separate yourself from light and magnetic field though.
The reason light goes through infinity, is that Gojo doesn't perceive it as a threat.
The six eyes don't give the ability to just know what an ability does, they just give REALLY good eyesight (among other unrelated abilities)
Gojo can see how a person's cursed technique is formed and how it interacts with the world. From that he assesses their technique

Green Day, while yes, spreads its spores effectively when its user is above its target, actually functions off of the victim's own altitude. It's actually the other way around. Infinity is always active and he calculates what is harmless and then allows it through. Infinity is even active while he's sleeping.

Although aren't electromagnetic forces diminished over distance similarly to gravity?

Cream > hollow purple, say it with me now hollow purple doesn’t delete stuff it pulls and pushes things at atomic level which breaks it apart to basic particles. But everyone not named Sukuna ain’t got the defense to tank that
5. Time stop I doubt cant breach infinity. We all know star platinum is deff more than strong enough to punch a hole through everyone in jjk easily, no god damn shot anyone can even dodge it if you told them 5 years ago.
5 is just wrong. infinity is making infinite distance between objects and it needs time. since time stopped, why would there be infinity?
I disagree with 3. Gojo managed to heal a knife in his brain with RCT. From what other characters say you would need to destroy a large part of the brain (or separate the brain from the stomach) and I don't think Risotto has the capacity to do that, especially since Gojo can heal wounds as they form to a degree that he can tank Malevolent Shrine

THIS
If the heat from Jogo's domain couldn't pass through infinity then I seriously doubt some spores could lol
Infinity works at an atomic level, heat from fire and lava produced by Jogo couldn't get through so its kinda eh.
So two things with the Jotaro section:
The time specifics on how long DIO, part 7 Dio, Jotaro can "activate" or move in the time stop universe is just for us to understand a rough equivalent cause time doesn't flow the same in that time stop universe
Side note: This is why in a King Crimson vs.
Can you tell me where you get the TS statements from cause I wanna read them
I agree with 2, Jotaro probably beats Gojo easier than Dio cos he’s not so cocky.

I mean besides the fact that Vanilla can also fly, he seems so used to his ability that the blindness becomes less of an issue
Also Cream is entirely invisible while using his ability, the only argument against this would be the six eyes but he can't see into a point of space entirely seperate from our own

@@BocchiTheBox Cream doesn't bend space, the only reason they saw him was because of all the dust and sand that was being destroyed, but if you're in the air with no dust or smoke then he's effectively invisible
Also Ice can peek out of cream whenever and the void bubble is still technically there, if not for a limited time afterwards
The whole thing with cream though is that everything in its range just gets annihilated, and there are three arguments you can go with
1. He erases the space around him, thus he can eat infinity
2. Since he's in a pocket dimension, infinity can't push him because he does not exist in that section of space

The only thing that sucks with equalization is because things that cancel techniques or magics like Asta’s anti magic weapons you have to scale them somehow

I love jojo scaling because you have stuff like Green Day which is pretty easy to scale, but then there’s like wonder of u

Would limitless even affect stands? They’re not made out of atoms or cursed energy unless there’s something i’m missing.
CTs in general would probably only work on stands with physical forms that can be seen and interacted with by anyone. Gojo is kinda at a huge disadvantage if ce cant interact with stands at all though yeah.
It would, they become tangible at the moment they do it would work against them, do you think cleave or dismantle have mass they are invisible slashes
Yes, because if D4C can stop them with a lesser form of infinity then the real thing could too.
They are physical most of the time because that makes them stronger but stands can go through wall and shit but they become weaker.

If he gets hit on a lim that is. . .
If he gets a chest shot or a head shot Gojo is screwed

No matter how good his reaction is he would die if chocolata above him and he has his infinity active, which is true.
Tusk would open Infinity like a bag of Lays
Interesting comparasions, but there are a few problems(like with any I've seen)
1. When we get to light speeds considering physics in any meaningful sense is pointless
2. When we consider infinities, inf/inf, inf-inf, 0*inf and 0/0 are undefined, unless we consider stuff like limits for sequences it's impossible to compare them in any way
We can use limits as you said
Jotaro stomps Gojo
Infinity only manipulates space and slows down everything that wants to touch it, but that doesn't work if there is NO time to slow down lmao

Time Stop ( true universal hax) >>>> Infinity
Cream removes himself from this dimension, and therefore cannot be pushed back by infinity and it devours whatever it passes through even it if is around it.
26:56 I’m not entirely educated on JJK manga, but using the clip shown here of Gojo, it can be assumed that infinity isn’t just “slowing down” the objects, this is also talked over at Death Battle with Gojo vs Makima, where it’s more of an infinite distance between the object and himself, so Tusk, (and maybe even Cream and any others) shouldn’t be able to hit Gojo, due to infinity.
Gojo gets speed blitzed by every opponent on the weel
I like Kaleb IA’s interpretation and even the guy who did the gojo JJBA gauntlet vid that because of Miguel’s space time manipulation description of Gojo’s ability or even him needing to perceive the attack with or without the six eyes to filter it out is a weakness of infinity and that since the ability to infinitely slow someone down takes time, stopping time should stop that ability but I digress

Edit: Thread is fun, give it a read.
Bloodlusted Gojo > Bloodlusted Risotto
You make an interesting point with RCT potentially fixing missing nutrients.
Bloodlusted Risotto attacks his brain and Gojo loses pretty badly
If both go for the kill, it's just a matter of who strikes first.
Shoko confirmed in a recent chatper that RCT users transform CE into blood. So Gojo on isntinct would be recovering back any blood lost during an injury making it very unlikely that the iron deficiency comes into play.

and depending on the circumstances it would be more deadly because sunlight kills it faster and it was STILL super dangerous
@@JohnSmith-j7n
Infinity is dividing space sure, but it's doing that via decimal points not via adding more space.
