My Patti kozhinjavaadi (K Villages) Alamelu Ammal used to say she is also from Appayya Dheekshidhar Vamsam - I am not sure how she is related to DKP. But this a very Unassuming interview. My patti passed away at 94 in 2004 had DKP in high regards. Posting this in UA-cam so if someone can connect dots. She used to sing songs of DKP (especially desa bakthi songs) during her last days.
Her Accent and dialect which is a Brahmin accent and dialect is now hated in Tamil Nadu. Only Loose language and gutter language is pure now as per tamilians
My Mother and Shri DKP were first cousins and grew up in the same household. What a legend and so unassuming.
