The Blazing Bounties Exchange Chest lets us exhange our blazing bounties skins that we owned before December 30, 2024 with another skin of the same price of 899 diamonds. Once you submitted your exchange request, you will receive the chest then you can select the skin you like from the choices.

i do got my chest but it was expired before i claim it,as i had unintalled my app for couple of days but my blazing skin they remove it from my account , anyone any idea what to do

If you don't own blazing bounties skins, the option in the customer service where you can exchange skins might not be available. The option for exchange chest in the customer service is still available even if my other account doesn't have any blazing bounties skin. But knowing that i don't own a blazing bounties skin on that account, it safe to assume that nothing will happen even if i submit a request.
