@@jesussinaloa9300Taking the bigger cut of the financial risk doesn’t automatically entitle you to the bigger share of the profits. Providing capital is only one part of the formula. Without great ideas, talent, skills, etc., that capital is just capital waiting to be directed. That’s how so many people get exploited and tricked into horrible contracts because they allow people with ulterior motives to paint the picture for them. There are plenty of investors who are willing to do good business and who understand their money isn’t the only reason a large return on investment occurs.

Flip owns that name now so that means Flip copyrighted that name behind Hump's back. You think a 16 year old is in the financial position to pay for studio time, pressing CDs and has the relationship with mom and pop stores across the dirty south? Hump took a bigger risk than Flip. Anyone can be talented at music. To find someone with the patience to spend thousands of dollars not knowing if they gonna get a return on their money is harder to find. Even Flip wouldn't do it himself. Flip said the artist he would be willing to push would have to come 50/50 on expenses. You think a 16 year old is going 50/50 on expenses and being a full time artist? They not in the position to. I ain't saying Hump is 100 percent innocent but he took way more risk in this situation than Flip
