Thank you! this is so clear now :)
Nice video, much appreciated.
The best illustration I've ever seen... Keep going... I wish I knew you earlier😭
the relative amounts of eumelanin to pheomelanin will also be under genetic control. ie genetic control elements eg alternative promoters, copy number variation etc determine how much of all of the component precursors and enzymes are available.
Thank you. How can we measure eumelanin and pheomelanin? And can we measure melanocyt activity
Great video
Great tutorials
Eumelanin does not start from Tyrosine it starts with the Melanocortain 1 receptor MC1R gene and the Melanin stimulating Hormone.
thank u from indonesia ☺👌
Can we get an estimate on the atomic weight of the final polymerized eumelanin?
I have no idea why I was reccomended this but good, it’s much better than some dummy poking a cat in the nose
Thank you. How can one increase melanin?
Using copper, tyrosine, vitamin c and b6?
It depends on your skin colour. If you are Caucasian none of these will work because there is a mutation that prevents the activation of melanin.
@1:34 must have swallowed a cat hair haha
thanks, so what would your take be on increasing melanin? how can we achieve that if you had to give your opinion about it? Also could you by any chance make a video about melanotan? The peptide that stimulates melanin production, i am really interested to know why melanotan can make people that had totally no tanning ability (almost), get all of the sudden a tan
Can't increase your DNA, NOT POSSIBLE, THUS GUY LEFT OUT LOTS OF INFORMATION, ALL SURFACE LEVEL INFO PRESENTED, I WONDER WHY HE LEFT OF THE S MOLECULES????
@@1herbsforlifeentrepreneur198 hello, melanotan definitely makes it possible to tan and turn dark, you should look into it if i were you
@@WoollyViking ha ha that you even believe in such nonsense like neanderthalls, i really dont know what i should do with you, go and workout man you cant be showing your manboobs like that on youtube 💀
does telling the consumers to "make sure to sub and like", really work?
Can a brown person switch to pheomelanin production
Yes, but why would you want to d this? In doing so you leave your skin cell nucleus unprotected and open to DNA damage.
@@christineshuaibu7776 I'm super curious! How exactly would a brown person switch to Pheomelanin?
@@LiaLiaLia456Not possible, don’t know what the guy above said but it is highly regulated by your 🧬 genes
Interesting how you didn't refer to color but geography with respect to Pheomelanin.
Why is this pathway different than other pathways , which one is true? where are your references , this stuff is killing me
How to remove melanin to get fully fair skin
natural dark skin looks beutiful also and dont have to worry about sun poisining @@iilydaa
Great tutorial- clear and helpful- thanks!
