Kenneth captures and is able to share the quietness and serenity of being out there better than anyone. He does it in simple places and by simple means, making the joy you see on this Happy Face easily accessible to all who will seek it.
Kennethkramm I wanted to comment on your Go Ultralight #5 video but the comments were disabled for the video. I just wanted to thank you for your respect for the trail (cleaning up others trash along the way). My dad taught me take out what you bring in. Really enjoy your videos.
I sure do appreciate you sharing your contentment and joy with us! From haversacks to camp eats and all the lake swims and night skies! Thank you, Sir!
Thank you Ken, I feel so relaxed after watching your video.Nature is truly an amazing healer of soul and mind. You are conveying a wonderful message to the world Ken. ❤
Mr. Ken, you videos are therapy to me .. I like to watch them over and over . very relaxing to me.. Keep'em coming.. Awsome.. Hello from RIO GRANDE VALLEY , TEXAS, USA..✌
Totally agree! I have the luxury of hiking a short trail through mixed aspen and spruce during my lunch break. It keeps me sane in front of a computer the rest of the day,
I could watch you do this all day, but I'm going to do something better, go camping and hiking Friday night! This made me crave some outdoors alone time. Peace Kenneth. :)
Great video Ken. So clear that you enjoyed every moment of that expedition. It is truly all about the elements of nature. The sound of raindrops on a tarp ~ lethargy. Peace
I was saying this morning at a coffee shop , that I need to go camping for a week , but I like the cooler weather over the heat and humidity , with bugs and such. Thanks Ken for another great video.
Thanks for commenting Bryan. Like you, I also prefer cooler weather; however, it is cool at night and so it's relaxing to take advantage of what is available.
Greetings from Maine. I really loved watching your adventure. So many beautiful scenes and great thoughts. You captured some excellent night sky footage! I enjoyed learning how you set up for that when we were in Arkansas. Aeden and I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer. Take care, Chris
Hello, I like you outdoors videos. I too love camping however not so much by back pack but by ATV. Keep up the good work, and oh, I just got a cheep hammock to try, I see in your video it can be very relaxing. Thank you.
This is the first video of yours I’ve ever seen. I love it! You’re awesome 😊 and I agree 100% about the outdoors and nature. It’s so good to encourage and inspire more people to get out in nature. I may just follow your example and do the same thing 😊 My dog and I go hiking most days. And I plan to take trips to more places soon to practice backpacking and camping (once I buy my stuff on black friday) Because 😊... I’ve decided that my dog and I are going to hike the Appalachian Trail in 2020, for my 60th birthday 🙌🏼 woohoo!!! I google searched for a tshirt like yours that says “Hiking is Cheaper than Therapy” 👍🏼
Hello Kenneth, it was great to meet you on that beautiful place! Your video shows many wonderful moments we also had there. I was the german guy with my armadillo-watching wife. Greets, Martin and Simone from Bavaria
Night time video ✅ Armadillos ✅ Deer ✅ Relaxing music ✅ Books ✅ Hammock ✅ No plans, just chilling ✅ Saying thanks to Ken for posting it ✅ Thanks Ken, peace....✌️
nice of you getting out and posting again, very enjoyable and relaxing video to watch (loved the rain on the tarp), we must be of the same age group on the fast food, other than a couple local hamburger places way back we never had fast foods but mom's picnic lunches
I was relaxing after a hard day’s work. Found your video. This is good stuff, great videography, great location (looks like Texas), great subject and reference material. Ken, strong work! Well done! Thanks
I haven't gotten a video notification from you in awhile. Love your content, especially the SHNF area videos since that is also my neck of the woods. Was this the State Natural Area? Looked familiar. Thanks for sharing, and keep up the good work!
Loved the thoughts on fears. Unfortunately for me my fear is of people when in the woods alone, not storms or animals, the things that nature dishes out. If you have any words on these fears would certainly love to hear them! Thanks for sharing Ken.
Thanks for watching and commenting Jacqueline. In certain situations, fear of people is big concern. I plan to talk about this in my next video. State tuned, Ken
Ken, The book sounds very interesting, I think I may purchase it. Glad you got to experience a rain storm. For me a simple camp in rain is one of the best experiences going and yes it is cheaper than therapy, and we all need a little therapy at time. Me especially:) Sandy
Yep, the best meal going. I like pbj on oatmeal bread, cherries and low fat chocolate milk. Howdy Ken, good to see you again. I don't check dates anymore so I hope this is recent my friend.
Well done, Ken. It is good to see another of your videos. Keep plugging along and if I see you on the side of the road I just might stop my motorcycle and share lunch with you sometime. Twinvale-The Woodlands.
I love your channel especially right now when I can't get out or do much like right now with my foot being broke and it's even better because the tios you give are amazing since your in Texas and I am to I can use all the tips
Great video. Very peaceful. Can you reveal where you were? I think you said a secret place. I don't know of any wild camping in central Texas where I live, especially where there is water in the summer!
Great video, Ken! Would you consider a video going over the gear you took on this trip? I've never done as long of a trip as this, and it looks like you keep it real light/simple. Anyway, big fan, and keep up the great work!
On your recommendation, I just put “Awake in the Wild” on iPad and have started reading it. This is a book I’ve be looking to read for a while. Thnx for the heads up 👍
Hi Kenneth, another great video! Thanks! I have a question about one of your older videos “Tips for Backpack Camping In The Rain.” During the video, at :30, you film a river with incredible waterflow. Where was that filmed?? I must see it in person! Thank you again, your videos are excellent!
Enjoy your videos. Have been watching for a while. Have you seen the rat snake that stays in my shed video? I think you might enjoy it. Keep up the good work and be blessed.
Ken I always enjoy your videos great content and technique I just have one, I'm sure dumb question. I always thought if I was heating the water anyways that I didn't have to filter it first. I saw when you made your coffee you filtered it first. is that to get rid of bad taste in the water or is there a sanitary reason you do this.
great question gary. it is not necessary to filter and boil in most situations; however, doing both adds an additional level of protection and can improve the taste. \
I love the messages you bring in all your videos. Thank you for sharing them with us 🌳🌳🤗🤗🌺🌺
Your videos make me feel so peaceful and content. Thank you for producing these inspiring videos. You're a star.
I love the native American flute music.

Are we not looking at the stars/planets rotate around the North Star???? Love the sky.
yes. Also in the southern hemisphere we se rotation but the center of the rotation is below the horizon.
Hi Kenneth, another great video! Thanks! I have a question about one of your older videos “Tips for Backpack Camping In The Rain.” During the video, at :30, you film a river with incredible waterflow. Where was that filmed?? I must see it in person! Thank you again, your videos are excellent!
Even a matching (very cool) t shirt. :))

Did that first armadillo not know you were there, or are they kind of indifferent to human presence? Good video. I need to get to Texas...
Where is that swimming hole sir.
Looks nice and peaceful
How did you do the night star footage ?
charlie brownau GoPro hero4 in night lapse mode. See my videos on how to do this
Good cheap clean fun

Im not so fond of Turkey or really any meat. But il eat that yogurt or a vegan version of it. Really enjoyed this video ken.
another great video Ken, what type of hammock were you using? (the green one with the bug net), and where do you find bear brand triple oatmeal? Andre
Two different hammocks; both inexpensive. The bear Brand oatmeal is from Walmart
I need to move back to the U.S. where it's still allowed to wild camp.
Ken, my dear friend ( only we know... ) you're better than SAS.... Yeah!
New sub my friend! Thanks for the share!

I would really want a lifepaftner to join me on my travels..
Solitude is the only thing i've got..
I'm not fearful of nature, I'm just more cautious and slower in my mature age. I am not so willy to take as many chances.
Ken, where did you get your hammock, link?
The Brown one....
hammock without bug screen is from Academy
Curiosity tempered with caution. Fear is for the incurious and small children. ☆♡☆any sign of Stephanie Margreth?
Excellent comment Christopher ...ken
