this sounds so awesome, but it reminds me more of Pandemonium 2, even some samples that are very similar, like a weird mix of Pandemonium and Tekken creating a crazy tornado of sounds

I imagine his stage would be in a G Corp laboratory with a slightly reddish background to represent the mysterious and sadistic aura of Devil Kazuya, afterall it also fits the moment where they have found and restored Kazuya's body.

He can just be a Starter Character for Tekken 3
Devil is probably one of my favorite characters for how abstract he is. In some depictions he's just a part of Kazuya, or he's his own entity. It adds an air of mystery to what he really is.
You won't want to miss the secret story I'm producing with one of my creators about Devil's quest for a new host after seemingly losing Kazuya to death in the volcano. The artwork above depicts Devil standing on the volcano's edge during an eruption, confirming Kazuya's demise after being thrown by Heihachi, who has departed in a helicopter prior to the eruption, as shown in his Tekken 2 ending
