Does this come with a hole in it to release pressure ?

I’m asking because I just put mine up I bought it a year ago just took it out of the box when I put it up I noticed a hole on the right side of he’s boot but it holding up Jus wondering if it’s supposed to be like that

Nope, that definitely sounds like a defect. It should inflate extremely tight without the need for pressure release pockets. Usually they only do that on colossal, globes, and some animated ones. :)
