According to the designer you could omit the decovil for the slouchy look. I have not tried it but do want to! And that was the answer I got when I asked her what her thoughts were. I think it would be amazing!
@jadirar113 to piggyback what Ashley said … you could omit the decovil light for the exterior panels but I would add it to the exterior gusset or at least a layer or two of woven interfacing. I hope this helps. 😊
Beautiful bag , your sewing machine is great. I know my machine would never be able to sew this. Can you tell me what sewing machine you're using please.
Hello Ashley i love your video, I want to know do you change the tension of your juki when you change from sewing vinyl to cotton ? Greetings from Luxembourg
Oh no! Was everything printed at 100% scale? I made several and never had any issues with my gussets fitting. 9” is a LOT for something to be short. It’s been a while since I made it but I think the piece for the gusset is a “cut on the fold” one. Did you maybe not cut on the fold?
Hi Ashley, the bag is beautiful and you explained each step so clearly. I noticed you had you logo embossed on your exterior , may I ask how you did this please? 🫶🏽
Thank you for doing this. I can see and understand all the challenges you faced. Once again, you had me giggling a couple of times. Great job.
Haha so happy I could give you a smile 😍🤩
I am enjoying your instruction and tips for construction. The bag is great, too! Thanks.
Thank you!! So happy you love it 🥹
It's such a pretty bag 😍 U did an amazing job. Thank u, I appreciate the tutorial. Will be making this in the near future... Lord willing
Thank you so much!! So happy you enjoyed it!
Great video and pattern ❤ I would like a slouchy look, do I need to replace the decovil with a different interfacing or can I omit it any interfacing?

Thank you! Yes! I’m sewing on a Juki DU-1181N. I bet with the right materials you could absolutely sew this on your machine 🥰

Hi! I don’t really sew cotton on my machine so no, I try hard not to touch the tension if it can be avoided
Hi! Thanks for the video tutorial! My question is where did you get your branding logo made? Thanks 😊
I had it custom made. But to be honest it doesn’t really work too well 🥺 I’ve yet to get a permanent impression like they show.
Y gusset is like 9” to small for the bag. Sadly, I put a lot of work into this and now it’s wasted.

Thank you! It actually didn’t turn out well. So I’m still working on the technique. But I had a metal stamp made with my logo on it.
@@Six-Stitches thank you Ashley.
