Right? And at first, when there was wide body installation video, I was like mehhh, not enjoying the look of it, but now as I see it in finished condition, it looks really minty!

@@luckgrip252 every Evo IX I've seen either had a ludicrously high bro tax on it, or its clapped, often its both.
I'm honestly going to look at getting an X, because they're more common than the VIII an IX, and the obsession with the 4G63T has let the last generation kind go under the radar. Also, the 4B11T is a criminally underrated motor. The fact that its still being used in other manufacturers cars should tell you everything.

looks like you just bolted a bunch of extra plastic all over it. It does stand out but not really in a good way. Can't believe you paid a company to chop your fenders off for this 😢
A 7 k differmce to get a perfect job is well worth it. A diy will save u 1.5 - 2 avg pay cheques. U already dump almost 14 k whats amother 7 lol. Plus id u screw it up and gave up on it, im suere that total will go up.
Best lesson abt building cars , do it once and do it tge right way and youll save more money. Also these are yt who need to make contents for the avg person, this will probably take atleast a few years maybe even 5 to complete especially if u have other expenses.
Either way , this feels like your 1st proper build, the rest were just power, and more power lol .

Damn, it cost more than the value of the car to wide body the thing lol
All it needs now is the oled indicator light upgrade for the mirrors. That should be around 50 bucks, but it will make a big difference in the look of the car. When they're off, the indicators are perfectly black, when they're on they will be the perfect complement to those fancy headlights 😉

Not my cup of tea, and that low with no purpose outside looks is something i hate, you want at least some gap and a lowering spring rate for body weight transfer and handling that is better than stock and way better than no gap and only way for suspension energy to dissapate is up.. but hey what do i onow, i just followed the build and suspension talk of a guy who ran buttonwillow and won..

@@VehicleVirals still better for street driving, if it's going to be a trailer queen show car then it is what it is, but why desecrate such a machine by taking away its whole purpose of being a sports car/ultimate driving machine by making it a car that doesn't drive anywhere except on and off a trailer?
@@exiteternium The car is actually not as low as you think. The bodykit add-on's make it look lower than it is. The car drives amazing to my liking and honestly that's all that matters.

True it is what matters, but rou d here in Midwest you want some gap, potholes would eat it alive, why I'm raising the 335i I just bought back to stock height, hr springs for no gap on factory shocks and struts, no Bueno, especially since you should match your spring rate and shocks so one doesn't over power the other and sacrifice ride quality.
Sooo… in other words, spend that amount of money better on high performance engine parts and exhaust and suspension and wheels
