I'd say this wheel has better build quality, and the fact I've only had to charge it once this year makes you almost forget it is wireless. The CubeControls F-Pro is still a great wheel, though. It has connection versatility, and you aren't locked in to a single platform. Personally I'd go Ascher but either will be a great experience.
It was the LiPo rechargeable battery that put me off this - I have a graveyard of expensive devices where the batteries are not replaceable (well they are for an exorbitant cost) or there is no battery replacement available. (this shit should be made illegal) I'll stick with my F28 thanks.

@STF_YVR sadly not, I looked into it and the manual says it isn't user serviceable which makes me sad.
