how did you manage to enter coordinates in separet columns and load it? in my case in that way, everything is messedup. But if i write all in one row, and separet them with comma, then qgis load it like in your video.
The excel sheet was specially made for the tutorial, so the coordinates were manually typed in the sheet. QGIS was able to load it as I have assigned lat to Y and long to X Hope this answers your question Regards
I'm not sure I remember correctly how it was exactly created, but I remember someone had the problem so I think I either used dummy values to create the data or the person sent me the excel
