    Steve and tom you are really bringing back memories for me... some good, some bad LOL Power Curbers was one of my customers here they were one of the first to mfg the machines you see pouring barrier walls on divided highways. i worked the con expo every 3 years for over 20 years. amazing the equipment you can see here. If you walked every isle of con expo you would walk 26 miles. World of concrete was right behind it in size. While standing at Bellagio did you see the water show.. My stainless steel adapters fittings are on the lines that work the water show...

    I think I’m with your pops on this one; two hours minimum before check-in. absolutely drives my kids crazy, they show up as the doors are closing. That’s why we fly separate now. and hopefully with all that extra time Cinnabon’s is open!

    Once in a lifetime, I might consider $55 for breakfast.......once........maybe. 🤣 Wife and I did breakfast yesterday at a well known chain restaurant and paid about $30 with tip for both of us, and I though that was crazy. It's the world we live in nowadays. I can make a pretty mean omelette at home.
    That crusher would be a game changer for tearouts.
    Tom, I think you did pretty well on the riding trowel. I was grinning the whole ride. Funner.

    Another great video, Steve. It was nice seeing you hang out with your dad at the world of concrete.
    I didn’t really care for the new DeWalt grinder. I didn’t like you couldn’t use it without the handle. sometimes I have to get into tight places.
    And I didn’t notice can you switch the handle from left to right?

    • @GunpowderandFreedom
      @GunpowderandFreedom  9 днів тому +1

      Thanks! We had a lot of fun!
      And for what I use a grinder for, probably not ideal either but for someone using it for curves, I could definitely see how it would be nice in the event of a kick back. But I’ll be honest, it didn’t cross my mind to ask if you could remove it or switch it

    Only part of flying i like is takeoff and landing. I don't like going through the line of check-in and if only I sit at the emergency doors or first class. Otherwise I get the morrons that sit in front of me that can't sit still. Onetime we flew to Miami and coming back to St. Louis ran into a storm and the plane had to circle for 5 hours and then was running out of fuel landed in Indiana and it was a small airport. Then by the time we finally landed in St. Louis we missed our flight back to Peoria Illinois so we rented a car. Otherwise we couldn't get a flight till the next day.
