you should have 2 sets of spacers with that deck, it comes with the small ones for the wider 30mm wide wheels and the others for the typical 26mm wide if memory serves me right. so no , it should not rattle like that, you might need to put different spacers if you havent already.
I put both spacers on in the vid. Stopped rattling once I tightened down as hard as i could but started rattling after a few tricks. No huge deal tho, ive already gotten used to it
Hell yea man!! Good choice. Currently im running the proto t-bars, I believe theyre 30.5 tall. With scs probably around 32.5 tall total. They come 24 wide but i cut mine to 20 wide. Im 6’3 and its a perfect size for me. Hope this helps!

F north🤮 tilt all the way n if ur running 12 standard wheels. 7 wide decks don't support 12. Tilt you don't have to worry about fender or break. Welded on fender
