- We finally managed to get to Vysehrad in fine weather. The sun is shining, there is almost no wind, it’s a pleasure to walk! On the way, we went to the Shtrudli bakery in the area of Zizkov. It was the most delicious breakfast of all the Prague trip. A pound of delicious apple strudel, just from the oven. Great start to the day!
While walking to Vysehrad, we saw a television tower with a famous art object. A few toddlers crawling around this tower. It is difficult to assess the value of this work without the necessary knowledge, but in the eyes of a simple layman it is very unusual and interesting.
Just a couple of kilometers and here we are in Vysehrad. A couple of days ago, we already came here, but it was raining, a terrible wind was blowing and it was impossible to be here. Today is warm and sunny. Therefore, we can safely walk and see everything. It just turned out that there’s nothing special to watch in Visegrad. There is a large beautiful church in the Gothic style, the entrance to which is paid. To be honest, it’s difficult for us to accept paid entrance to existing churches and we don’t basically go. Of course, everyone has their own opinion on this matter. We believe that this should not be so. But this is a completely different story. Near the church there is an old cemetery, where famous representatives of the Czech Republic are laid to rest. If you are an avid Goth, then welcome.
The most important advantage of Vysehrad is the views that open from its medieval walls. All of Prague at a glance. You can see the red tiled roofs, Vlatva and the peaks of the Gothic churches. Very beautiful.
After Vysehrad, we head to the center to cover several interesting art objects. Go decently, so we jump into the tram, take a ticket and the tram does not go any further! What we did not understand, but the tram does not go any further. Passed forward one stop and our tram caught up with us. Not even a couple of minutes passed, but our indignation knew no bounds!
We arrived at the center, had a snack in the bulangery that we loved, and went to Kafka’s head. An interesting object of modern art. A huge metal shiny head cut into pieces and spinning in different directions. It sounds strange, but it looks interesting. Then there was a man sitting on a dead horse hanging from the ceiling and men writing on a map of the Czech Republic. In short, the wonders of contemporary art. Each is different, but worth a look.
The cherry on the cake of that day was feeding the swans. On the island of Kampa, there is access to the river, where a huge number of swans accumulate. They can be fed, photographed and even stroked if you have the courage. We were even bitten at the hands, but it turned out to be not painful or even fun. Received a huge charge of positive emotions. Everyone is recommended to go and feed the swans.

Ребята, надеюсь, что ваши желания сбудутся, только вы их не в том месте загадали). На Карловом месту загадывать желания нужно возле решетки с изображением момента сбрасывания Яна Непомуцкого во Влтаву:. Рядом с решеткой в парапет моста вмонтирован медный крест, на который нужно положить руку, а ногу поставить на гвоздик в брусчатке моста, правее креста. Вот в такой позе "звезды" загадывать желание.))) А все гладят собаку, не понимая что за зверь такой.))
Хочу спросить, Вы, когда в Вышеграде гуляли рядом с ротондой Святого Мартина, не заметили в ней ядро, застрявшее с времен войны со Шведами триста лет назад?
"Гуляю" по карте Жижкова- ищу ту улицу, где Вы Штрудель покупали) Название не помните, случайно.

Иногда -неплохо , когда знаешь, какой смысл вкладывает автор в своё творение и тогда отношение будет другим.))
У Давида Черни- автора и головы Кафки "Метаморфоза", и "писающих", и у " Вацлава на перевернутом коне", "младенцев", ползающих по Кампе и они же ползают по всей высоте телебашни в Жижкове .. Это Вы еще не все его объекты видели- в каждом есть юмор или политическая сатира.Если заметили, то "писающие", справляют нужду на очертание карты Чехии. Вот Вам и отношение ЕС к стране в понимании автора. Найдите в инете скульптуру "Подхалимству" или "Трабант" - скульптура стоит в саду посольства ФРГ. "Сервированный стол"- остановка автобусов в городе Оломоуц в часе езды от Праги. Знаешь смысл, то и по-другому воспринимаешь.
Плащ совести "Командор" Анны Хроми у сословного театра в Праге, посвященный опере "Дон Жуан тоже со смыслом.. Видели его?

@@tripstery Как не знали!? В центре Праги у Сословного театра - скульптура с пустым плащем. "Командор" . В инете посмотрите- наверняка мимо проходили.В этом театре впервые была поставлена опера Моцарта "Дон Жуан"- вот потому туда и поставили скульптуру "Командор".
До "подхалимства" идти далеко- В Праге5 в Смихове, и там на территории промзоны. Я не была там.
Я чуть слюной не захлебнулась, когда Катя кусала штрудель🤤

Вода "Матонни". Непросто так название Вам показалось похожим на итальянский манер. Генрих Матонни - это итальянец- предприниматель , который приехал в Карловы Вары и в 1882 году начал производство бутилированной воды. Вот в честь него вода так и называется, и завод, в Карловых Варах.
Откуда вы столько знаете о Чехии? Вы Историк?)
