    Thank you Aaron for your videos. Especially this one, I'm joining the military because in my years in the private sector I couldn't find a suitable environment. Weather it was dodgy coworkers who always chewed on each other or management that gave no fucks for their employees I couldn't rest or be at peace with the situations and I was going crazy trying to change the places I was at. So I'm joining the military in hopes that not only will they instill in me the discipline I need to keep myself straight but the qualities of leadership I hope to use to live a good life and bring positive changes to the world.

      Birth certs are a rarity in AFG. They used to use the “tascara” system. Everyone lies about their age. Families don’t even know their family members true age/birthdate, sometimes. Also, they’re on a different calendar. It’s like year 1400 over there. I know. I was the first one of my family born in the US. Most of my family don’t know their exact dates. Some made up their birth cert for benefits in 80’s 90’s in USA when they got here lol. This guy is truly late 20’s. But great story nonetheless!

    Educate yourself and get around the right people.
    Find a skill and invest in yourself.

      Get an extensive eye exam. I was pursuing WOFT in the army, basically a helicopter pilot program, but I got disqualified because of my eyes. If you’re interested in joining the military in general I would highly suggest getting your eyes checked for Keratoconus because that’s an automatic disqualifier for the military as a whole, but if your recruiter knows how to finesse you could still secure a job in the military that doesn’t require constant eye exams.

      Some advice from a 27 year old.
      Get life experiences like getting cheated on, living on your own, struggle financially, learn to fight, jump out of a plane, f*** the police, etc. And get over all that before joining the military so you can have some backbone and no regrets and know your goals even after you get out.
      Long term goals are important, but without short term goals (within weeks or months of each other), you can't seem to reach your long term goals if you're not motivated enough by achieving the short term goals.
      Whatever you want to do is up to you or who you want to marry and such, just make sure you write most of your story first before trying to settle down.
      But as a man, you never settle down. You should always keep your ambition and drive.
      How do you want your children to see you.
      Think about that one.

    I am sorry but I have a question. If he is in active duty how can he work other than military job? Did he have to go through Chain of Command to get approved different work? I am curious.

    bruh definitely sus AF but it's sounds like his making money....
    But the two lessons I got from this video, first focus on one thing and do that extremely well and second that thing has to provide value to others you can monetize and that doesn't mean straight up cash it can also mean relationships that well lead to opportunity to later

    • @Theohybrid
      @Theohybrid 5 місяців тому

      Definitely. Dale Carnegie's book on How to Make Friends says this as well.
      The 48 Laws of Power mentions this. There is power in relationships and giving value to others.
      Thing is, don't exactly follow _everything_ in the 48 LoP though. 😂
