Wowwww so many cycles allowing 1400!! And people think candy haven't improved over the years 😋
The cycle that hit me hard the most was the rapid 14 30 44, at first it had 800 as a max then 1000 but now? 1400!!!! I'm still not over it 🤣

All the programs with a sun next to them are drying programs, u have also drying options button to set the drying level: iron dry, bone dry or cupboard dry
We are scatching our head as to which programs can weigh the laundry. Please help by listing them.
hello, generally all the programs that you can change soil level with can sense(except for Rapid 14-30-44) and also Hygiene 60°(from the Simply-Fi or hOn app)

@@eli55121 yes, Samsung too 🙂 but my Siemens doesn't allow this on Powerwash 60' 😞 No water plus, no extra rinse, nothing. I would use this program way more often if I could use these options haha

es posible obtener una centrífuga sola, simplemente coloque la perilla en el programa de enjuague, luego presione el botón con una camisa y un ícono de reloj una vez, luego configure la velocidad de centrifugado deseada y listo.
the 2hours program "dry wool 2" is only for drying or is it also washing the clothes?

Hi! I have the Candy Rapido 7kg. How do i find the clean cycle for when i want to clean the machine and remove any built up gunk inside, please? There's no symbol for it. Thank you so much. 😊
Hello, the cleaning cycle is only accessible through the app(simply-fi/hOn) but if you want, you can use the traditional cottons 90 with high soil(full shirt icon) with hygiene option(circle with a cross sign in it)

Yes, the cycles denoted by a sun(usually on the left side of the knob) offer wash and dry

How do I use the dryer, when I put clothes in towels that were dry, water keeps going in now they are wet
The drying cycles are cycles represented by a sun icon, i suggest that you use timed drying
What does it mean Max capacity 4.5 kg or less ? I didn't understad, doesn't mater then the washmachine is 14kg? Just we need to put 4.5 kg ?
It means that u cannot fill more than that on specific cycles, although some brands are stricter when it comes to that, Candy seem to adapt even if u overfilled it

I have the same type and am having trouble setting the time
If I run daily laundry, it gives me time, but it works more than the time specified for it. Likewise, when I add the ironing feature to it, it gives me an unacceptable imaginary time for logic. Can I control the time?

if you used cycles like the 59mins ones or the Rapid 44-30-14mins one, as well as delicates and wool, the time there is fixed while as with cottons or cottons eco, time will change according to the load size and absorbency
As I understand there are some serious problems (most likely hardware related) with the Wi-Fi connection.
The app control is pretty much useless in that case.
PS.The _touch buttons_ lag you're experiencing is most likely caused by the logic board. It's just slow to react... wait a little before pressing again.

Well the Wi-Fi issue I keep hearing about on these newer Candy washing machines is a frequent _connection loss_
Obviously if you manage to start the cycle before loosing connection it should carry it to the end.
If the input lag doesn't bother you the it's fine but it haven't seen it on other manufactures models, not the newer ones.
BTW.Did you try the _HON_ app? It's made for Hoover but usually works fine on Candy or other Haier stuff.

i had it once on the cycle before this one but this one did fine, this machine comes with the simplyfi app while the later versions have the hOn one, thanks for commenting ;)

just turn the dial to the wifi position then the display will say connecting then it will say remote control on and then it's ready to be controlled through the app
I couldn't pair the washing machine in hon app. BLUETOOTH doesn't find the appliance. How can fix it?
Although it says Bluetooth but it only works with wifi during setup although i'm not sure that you can start it with Bluetooth later on

Hygiene: used to boost the heating performance(for 60 and 90 only) and extra rinse: adds an extra rinse to the cycle(ex: if it was doing 2 it will do 3 or if it was doing 3 it will do 4) with the app you can add up to 3 rinses( 3 will be 6)

ciao, a volte si disconnette dal wifi a causa di problemi dell'app o della connessione wifi stessa, assicurati che la connessione wifi sia abbastanza potente da poter comunicare correttamente con la macchina

When they’re off it means it’s on cold usually but if something is wrong with your machine, contact Candy assistant

yes, it's a really good and smart machine despite the little fault with the siphone it had(hopefully the later models won't have this anymore)

I think it's one of the worst washing machines ever made. Lots of plastic and little substance. Due to the energy classification, it washes with little water and rinses little and badly. The simply fi application is very buggy and rather unstable.
Unfortunately, since Candy was acquired by the Haier group there has been a very evident decline in quality. Do not ever forget that it is "Made in China" with all the consequent limits deriving from the country of manufacture.
Here in Italy a class action action has just been filed against Candy Hoover where several buyers are asking for a refund or replacement. If I were you I would orient myself towards more reliable brands.
App is working flawlessly here, if you wanted it to use more water just add aquaplus from the app, i guess every person has a different experience but that doesn't mean the machine is bad
But how do you set water hardness? In my manual there is shown you can select L1-soft, L2-mid, L3-hard. In my country water is hard but I don't know how to enable this option?
It’s only doable through the simply-Fi app which i did it although it won’t make much of a difference as unlike AEG machines, Candy do not have a dishwasher salt compartment but all it does it decrease the amount of cycles before u run a maintenance wash

Hey does this washer dryer have a tube for the steam to come out when drying or does it have a drawer that you empty each time you dry clothes
it's not actually a washer dryer but a washer, it uses the heater to steam up the clothes

@@eli55121 no no hay ninguna fuga aparte es nuevo tiene solo unos días lo use 3 veces y en los 3 lavados no se fue el suavizante lo use en lavado color y mixtos 59 ' y eee algodon . Pero el suavisante quedó en la cubetera quizás tengo que apretar algo para que se active? Me podes explicar gracias
La mía es así también, para saber si tomó el descalcificador mientras llenaba agua y debido a la presión olerá el descalcificador y se formarán gotas de agua en el vaso.

programs with sun icon under them are drying programs, if u used one of them, drying will start automatically after wash is completed

te refieres al ciclo de centrifugado? coloque la perilla en enjuague + centrifugado, presione la camisa y el botón del reloj una vez, luego configure la velocidad de centrifugado deseada (la predeterminada es 1000) y luego presione inicio

if wifi was used u have to turn it off and wait 90 seconds, if started from knob, it will display 1min and says end as soon as it unlocks

Depending on the cycle used, it is activated on cycles with duration an hour and above

@@mrngk1 you have to estimate the weight or use a kitchen scale.. the machine will not break if you overfill it, it will only reduce the washing effectiveness

A- la mancha probablemente sea rebelde y no haya sido tratada previamente
B- puede haber un problema con la máquina

se você se refere ao ciclo de centrífuga, coloque o botão no ciclo de enxágue (o ícone paralelo à posição desligada), pressione o botão da camisa/relógio uma vez, defina a velocidade de centrifugação desejada e pressione Iniciar

programas de secagem são programas que têm o sol próximo a eles
Mas a máquina enche água a começar o programa.. e leva horas neste programa e no fim ela sai molhada não tem que meter outra coisa? Ao é só mesmo na roda
a máquina está equipada com proteção contra desequilíbrio, se detectar que a carga é muito difícil de equilibrar, ela abortará o ciclo de centrifugação (o que você sugeriu é a única solução possível, pois pode ajudar a criar um equilíbrio)

Il y a forcément un problème de connexion de câble vers l'écran. Veuillez contacter le service Candy si votre machine est encore sous garantie, sinon demander à quelqu'un pour vérifier les câbles

They are known to have issues with their dryers either separate or combo, this is why I always get a washer standalone

If u want to cancel a program, turn off the machine and wait for a few seconds then turn it on again
No to cancel a program ,I need to reset full machine programs
Unplug it and wait for a few minutes then plug it back in
