- New body camera video from the assassination attempt of former President Donald Trump.
Police bodycam footage obtained by FOX News Digital, through a records request, shows officers encountering Thomas Matthew Crooks on a roof across from the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Officers can be seen standing over Crooks' body on the roof in the footage released. Officers also seem to be confused about why the roof of the American Glass Research (AGR) building, where Crooks shot from, was unmanned. There also appears to be uncertainty about whether the shooter was neutralized and why the shooter wasn't taken out before he opened fire. The footage captures Crooks toward the end as officers surround his body after counter snipers fatally shot him.
Its the latest crucial piece of publicly available information released that attempts to shed light on exactly what transpired that day and what efforts were put in place to stop Crooks. The security breaches that paved the way for the shooting have been muddied by finger-pointing among the various agencies involved at the local, state and federal levels.
The body camera video has been edited to blur any images of Crooks' deceased body and to mute any profanity.

There’s another video, with 26 mins, another cop with sleeve tattoo said that when they had the meeting on Tuesday that week with the SS, he told them that they need to put a sniper on that roof and SS said they would. We know what happened that day, SS didn’t meet with the local cops. It was a set-up by the feds.

Even volunteer fire depts operate this way on a major op with multiple depts from FD, Ems and leo and I'm from a small town so I'm sure big, well funded agencies even like the local responders there at the rally were capable of doing so.
Why don't they show all law enforcement cams from the hour before the shooting until after it was over. Then we can see how it was handled

And wasnt secret service also at those second story windows where they had clear access and view of Crooks as he climbs up? And wasnt it secret service and FBI who met with Crooks on top of the same building also 2 days prior? The Secret Service and FBI are attempting to cover there rear ends by blaiming the local police department. The Secret Service and FBI actually knew of this going to happen 2 days prior. Lied about it. Left there stationed posts after seeing crooks. Set this up in hopes it would of worked. Just like they did with JFK and Lincoln as well as attempts done on other members of politics in the past. @@elainestokes7822 I'm digging through all the videos I watched from around the time it happened. Then have to watch each one to find it. He was video taped or a photo was snapped of Crooks waring the green military gear with 3 others said to be FBI on the exact building 2 days prior though. And it looked like they where going through a run through of how things where going to play out and where he should be to do the thing. I'll keep looking to see if I can find it. It's amazing how someone got ahold of that but everyone else's chatter on the situation over road that little detail. Like they want to keep that little secret hidden.

I’ve become obsessed with this, trying to watch everything that I can get hold of. Considering everyone’s thoughts and opinions etc to try and figure out how the hell it happened. In one of the very first posts that I watched there was a comment that intrigued me, was about Corey and a law suit against Maxwell Yearlic’ s family and maybe that’s why he was killed. Sounded outlandish to me but with the talk about this bloke being involved in some way, the confusion about whether it was crooks or him on the roof because of their similar looks. I’m still not convinced that it was crooks because of his hair, the photo they took of him outside that snipers nest, his hair is very fine and scraggly whereas the guys hair on the roof looked quite thick and very clean looking and shiny. But someone did state they found out the photo was taken 2 days prior to his attempt on Trump. Someone at least found out that much. And if you look closely. Its the same building he was on the day of the Trump rally.
There is no way it took this long for them to release this video without them intentionally delaying and violating open record laws.

So the officer gets the rifle pointed at him. The officer ducks/falls. Runs around to the front with his "sprained" ankle by the picnic tables. Talking into his radio about suspect with a rifle. Oh no, wrong frequency. Trump's still on stage the whole time. No Warning shots. Police officer then runs to his squad car to get his own rifle. Still no warning shots. Couple seconds after the assassin shoots we get to hear the bodycam audio. And the whole time his partner who hoisted him up is doing what and where exactly? K, Got it. Nothing to see here? 🤨
If the officer had to retreat it does look like he would have at least fired off his gun to warn Trump, the S.S., and other L.E. officers.

He got up on the back building via a aircon unit, the cops were at the other end and no aircon unit to climb up,on.

The shooter didn't use a ladder. The black ladder was brought by the cops after the shooting. There is video of the cops bringing that ladder from the area behind where Trump was speaking. The cop threw it over the fence that was between AGR and where Trump was speaking. Crooks the shooter climbed on an air conditioning unit that had conduit attached to the side of the building. He used the conduit to pull himself up on the building.

There’s a guy who recorded from the side of the windows and it showed undercover officers checking all around the building and looking in the windows. From what I saw there’s no way it came from the window. There was also a lady on a horse with a good view walking in that area, and other people.
