how do you like the set up with that landmine attachment? never thought about loading it this way. id probably skip the wedges, but id take time to load this with a barbell
@@kylebeng With the landmine attachment (Abmat Barbell Bomb) in the middle directly below the Seat Pad is great! The wedges give me a way better angle when I am doing my hyperextension . Than if I just put my feet flat on the gym floor, the setup would not be as comfortable. Sure try this setup and let me know if it works for you!
