There’s a monthly artisan market and the roads are now repaired! I live in Leyburn, a fantastic little town for residents and tourists alike. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.
Leyburn is a very nice looking town in the Yorkshire Dales and I really enjoy this area of England especially in the Yorkshires here and it is always the beautiful looking buildings and the various shops, stores, pubs and other awesome businesses in this beautiful town. today is my 60th birthday and this is the only way I'll get to see this part of the world here and as always until your next great destination Thank You.🖖☕🎂🇬🇧
I did visit here once found it exactly as you have, we stayed in a holiday cottage for a week near Masham the highlight was a pint and a fish and chip lunch in the Bolton Arms
We love Leyburn! Spent many wonderful summer weeks there over the years. Loved seeing the Bolton Arms, where we've eaten several anniversary dinners. Campbell's, where we bought food, and the laundrette! Also caught a glimpse of Grove House, the amazing B&B on Grove Square where we always stayed while exploring the Dales in a rented car, driving on the "wrong" side of the road (for us, being from the US.). Thanks for the awesome video!
Know Leybury very well as my parents lived 11 miles down the road at West Witton. Shame you did not show the train station, as they still run steam trains on selected dates, especially during the tourist season. Nice "taster" of Leyburn. Tony & Linda, Portsmouth, UK.
Thank you I wasn’t aware of the railway station until you mentioned it so I will definitely go back and do another one in summer I fell in love with the place on this trip!

The 'charm' was lost on me--it looks like a large carpark with through traffic--but all the same I like seeing videos of places I might visit

My mistake - i just checked and the original video file says 4th March 2024 - does that sound right?
Thumbs up
