So awesome dude! 65 mph in a cart is crazy! Ive just built a 90s haro shredder electric bmx! Does 60kmh (Australia) your making me want to go quicker now!
It is ace dude, I'm working on mine in Fusion 360 and in about two weeks time II'll attend education in Electric Propulsion Technologies over here in Sweden, coming from a past life in racing Italian cars, not the red ones, the real ones.
This is totally cool build but that light on top killls the aesthetics, would look Moore sleek behind the mesh of the grill, or 2 of those lights mounted vertically left and right side behind the grill
I have to believe that electric is the future of CK. The primary complaint of motorsport oponents is the noise of ICE engines, going electric will silence the Karens.
@@JackCecil Gotcha... I tied mine into a simple on off brake switch on the brake handle. Brakes progressive like by RPM in the software. Wasn't sure if BAC had something similar. Looks like a blast! I'd have one with ya if I were close.
@@JackCecil Gotcha. I setup a map of RPM VS brake %. Then use a simple on/off switch on the brake lever to activate it. That way I can coast if I don't put in any brake input.
A tire swap would help with your sketchiness at higher speeds, check out tires like on the Billie Goat bike, 20"x4.5" I believe, they'd have the ground contact necessary to stabilize you better at 60 🥹
Laws prevent it mostly. Anything above 28mph exceeds class 3 ebike designation. So 28mph is the road legal limit without selling it as a either a road legal vehicle or off road electric side by side. At which point there are other more practical options for either.
Some 4 inch round lights in the grill would look period correct, and awesome. You're making me want one so bad. Love them
That would be cool!
u should do a video racing your carts around Adam's compound!
That would be cool!
Jack will never fail to amuse and teach! a wizard!! bless up!!
Need to look up the Baker electric car. Personal favorite, and I feel like you could make one so easily as you basically have already.
That’s absolutely incredible
Thanks!

Did you see my SurRon build? Love me some electric bikes!

Jack, you rock! 66mph is fast as hell. Peace
Thanks man! It's sketchy but I'm gonna keep dialing it in! 70mph here we come!

I'll look into some round ones for the sides! Thanks
what is your sprocket on the motor and axle?
Bit of castor will help with high speed stability
Has around 5-6 degrees.
Needs 2 motorcycle steering dampeners in the front steering rods.
I might play with geometry first. It's not terrible until you hit uneven pavement or bumps.
All it needs is a cooler and fishing rod holders... 🤘🤣
Pretty much!
I'm waiting to see what you do with the tif Galop k8 ??? I plan on getting one and want to see what you do with it steering damperer for sure
Honestly it's too sketchy at 50mph. lol. Needs balanced wheels and tighter steering system to be safe if you ask me.
I have to believe that electric is the future of CK. The primary complaint of motorsport oponents is the noise of ICE engines, going electric will silence the Karens.
It's a no brainer!
Can ya program in the regen braking on that BAC? It works pretty darn well on the fardrivers and kelly controllers.
Yes i can but I'm gonna need a transducer to make it work right with the brakes. I don't want an engine brake effect.

Over 60mph in a cycle kart is sketchy as hell.😮 Seemed to handle it well.
Hell yea!
Can we get a lap at the LZ compound?
Bonneville bound
I would Love to Build one like that But the laws suck in germany😢

These use a Honda 17in wheel for the ct bikes.
I wonder what it would be like if you fitted the vari speed pulley from the petrol engine. Maybe pull a higher top speed?
Would be a bit complicated and i don't think it can handle the power
This thing is wild is there a modern take on this produced by anyone,?
Not that I'm aware of

Ask ruddy how the sunny progress is?
I don’t believe they’re on good terms
@@CoDplayer458458 well that's Jack's fault
I'm fine with him! Not sure what my "fault" would be with anything 🤔
@@JackCecil sooooo can we get a sunny update?
@@ontariofishing1790 yeah I don’t think it’s anyone’s fault. Just happens.

Totally street legal. 110% inspected, insured, registered, passed emissions and everything. All good! Yay!
