These two youngsters are absolutely fabulous ballroom dancers but Artem takes second place to Karina all the time.Which should not be the case.He is a vital part of these two as a team.As she is also.But Artem is very polite and gracious,he lets her mostly take the glory
The coach has split them up and put each of them with a slightly older dance partner... I heard this was so they both could compete in the next higher age bracket, which they couldn't do because both of them were 11-12 years old

Artem is actually improving all the time too. There are not as many brilliant boys around in dance as there are girls. As amazing as she is, Karina needs to hold on to him.

Please be careful with these two young artists. Shield them from the risks of “too much, too soon.” Retain their innocence for as long as possible. Lead them into well-thought adulthood.❤💃🕺
It’s a shame that you don’t enjoy watching the elegant moves of the junior dancers, and enjoy their performance, without reading the fears of those with dirty thoughts who fear young people enjoying themselves in good clean, healthy, artistic fun. Express their fears of those with dirty minds! Freak!
WOMEN I have a question. I'm a man I don't wear heels but many women I've known have complained how heels hurt their legs, feet and even cause varicose veins. So to me this is a very logical question. For a girl whose body is changing she's a kid she's still going through puberty her bones are still growing. Is wearing shoes like this and dancing like that safe for her feet hips, back and legs. I'm not suggesting to not allow her to preform that's silly. I love watching both of them they're unbelievably talented graceful and strong I just want to know if it could harm her because she is a kid she's not a young "woman".

this is Dancesport, competitive ballroom dancing... it has international support, many of these videos are from Europe... some folks even want to make it an Olympic event... look up Dancesport on Wikipedia, that's where I learned about it it's a competitive sport... this video is from a competition... these dancers are not doing this for your entertainment... they are being judged and these young dancers are fierce competitors
as for the shortness of these videos... from the Dancesport article on Wikipedia: "The World Dance Council (WDC) rules for international competitions are lengthy and detailed. The music for competitions is kept confidential until the event. The music always follows a strict tempo and, for a couples competition, it will have a duration of no less than 90 seconds, and no more than two minutes." I think the athletic endurance required is why they keep them short... again from Wikipedia: (I _really_ recommend checking out the Dancesport article and the articles it links to) "Over the years, competitive ballroom dancing has evolved so much in its choreography, requiring a higher level of athleticism.
