I hope they make a series 3 but if not I think this is a perfect ending too
I literally love this show. Something about seeing a fellow Southeast Asian man and a New Zealander woman in there makes it even more lovable. The deep chemistry and quirky encounters between these characters wouldn't be the same with another cast.
I loved this series. It felt different to quite a lot ive seen before. Love the locations. Probably prefer series 1, but enough tension was created in series 2 so as to trigger a 3rd series
Jessie is a mess and that ex boyfriend storyline 😫, but did enjoy the finale scene in the pond.

I hope there will be a 3rd season! I love the characters but didn't quite like the 2nd season... I want to see them together against the world rather than her feeling not good enough and him struggeling to combine two worlds. (If they at least didn't get into the ex-boyfriend storyline everything would have been good)

Jessie is such a selfish character, overreacting at any given time... why would anyone want to be in a relationship with her? What kind of a woman throws a tantrum at the word “quirky” or “cookie”? Is her ego made of eggshells? Truly, the way they wrote her is doing her no service, although the actress is trying her best to make that character work...
The actress is also the creator lol
