The Elysian is a concept dart of "what could be"... its showing what can be achieved if money in design and machining time is not an issue. It filters down to the mainstream darts in the form of the 975 range and as you can see in the Rove darts. Also players such as Taylors and Barney often get the grip added to their darts!
Waiting for the discount is what I would say if any of those darts wouldn't chip and wear quickly anyway if you don't play Cricket. The only thing worth buying for me from this launch is neon K-Flex and since there hasn't been any before I've stocked up on Fusions and Condors. A rather disappointing launch, realizing that I'm not targeted.
I'm one of the testers for the Virt and the Omni... been throwing on it for a few months now. Excellent piece of hardware. It's ever changing dang near daily. The light IS BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT! I had to briefly switch back to my Corona Vision and it was so dim and dull. I grabbed the RVB Chrono and the Littler Prodigys as well as the new chrono points in 40mm. Everything gets delivered tomorrow. Cheers, I love the videos.

The delay is for more than that. It was mentioned last year sept launch. Should come Feb and now it's end of sept and still two months to go. So nov/dec earliest for the first units in the market - btw +300€ only to see a live board view from a 6€ webcam module.
Those circular lights are brilliant, back in the day you had to a spot pointing straight at the board and another spot pointing directly downward to the floor to cancel out the shadows. 😂

the new taylors would look amazing if they had no coating, just natural tungsten. tbh they look cool in black too, but i just prefer a natural finish. happily i dont feel the itch to get anything though, my display stand is already full w my collectibles, and I haven't switched my matchdarts in many years :D. That new Elysian looks amazing too, did you say they were not going to make any new gens going forward?
Definitely going to pick up a set of Rove, those just look like a nice eye candy center piece. Not sure what else... Omni has my interests, but will be waiting on reviews.

Good grippy match points. The advantage of the Swiss point system is that you can use smooth points on your home board for practice and grippy for your matches! thats certainly how I recommend using them!
The initial handbook says yes. Blade 5 and 6 TBC ...so a standard numberring is a must. A digital one depends on Targets will. If the system can deal with a target ring, it should work with all. If not, its just politics
Target came in as a breath of fresh air in darts, now, most things they release are over priced tat. Even the stem flight combo they came up with was worse than the market standard. Shame really
K flex is great value for money, one of the best stem+flight plastic combo products out there imo. Their normal pro grip stems and most their other flights and stems are also great value for money. Swiss point I'm not so keen on but i see the innovation and the function in it, it's just not for me. As for all these high end darts that are more expensive, these are always pushing the limits of what we think a dart could look like, they are ultra premium products with super innovative aesthetics and grip patterns, of course they are expensive. But you can get just your normal ring grip or double cut ring grip style dart for 40quid too in the EXOs... So overall for what you get, one can argue Target is one of the best out there.
I think that there are so many manufacturers that there are options for all budgets. Target do push the boundaries of innovation and I think thats a good thing to offer.
The nukke Prodigy darts is very beautifully, but the price in Poland is to big and i can't buy this darts :(. i like Sebastian Bialecki darts. This darts are very straight. Target Darts in last 2 years did much innovation products and i like vision this company how darts can go in level up.

Can the omni be connected via ethernet or only wifi ?
I believe only wifi as I can't see any ethernet ports. This should be a good thing as i hope they ensure the wifi is strong and works without issues!

K-Flex are good...
K flex is great value for money, one of the best stem+flight plastic combo products out there imo. Their normal pro grip stems and most their other flights and stems are also great value for money. Swiss point I'm not so keen on but i see the innovation and the function in it, it's just not for me. As for all these high end darts that are more expensive, these are always pushing the limits of what we think a dart could look like, they are ultra premium products with super innovative aesthetics and grip patterns, of course they are expensive. But you can get just your normal ring grip or double cut ring grip style dart for 40quid too in the EXOs... So overall for what you get, one can argue Target is one of the best out there.
