i don't get it third&fourth skill explanation of felix

third skill you can summarize by +3.6% dmg, 4th skill is 32% atk and +16% atk for 3 sec when you receive a skill damage. But I don't think the skill damage accumulate. So once you receive the leader skill damage you activate the skill for 3 sec, when you receive the assistant skill damage it will not activate the skill again. So you'll have the bonus for 3 seconds for each rounds ( one round = 5-6 basic attacks + skill damage)
