I noticed the same thing you did about the sipes and came to the same conclusion. They do extend further down into the blocks. But the get smaller as the tread wears down. But from everything I've been hearing, they definitely perform well even after they wear down. I think you'll love them!
I had the Federal Couragias for awhile. It's a tough tire, but they were loud and didn't have a lot of biting edges or much variation in the tread pattern. They didn't do well in the snow for me either. But oddly enough they evacuated mud easily. I definitely want to try these milestars though.
Not sure you got the MT 01's or the MT 02's but I heard the 01's had some issues that were improved on, with the 02's. What got my attention drawn, to Milestar, was the introduction of the new Patagonia A/T Pro, which has some Subaru appropriate sizes but I haven't seen one in person yet and noticed, in pics, the siping only went down about 1/3 the height of the blocks, at the edges, and was wondering if they may not extend down, to at least the 2/3 point in the middle. I've been looking at a variety of A/T tires, for my Bronco Sport, trying to figure out what might be both a durable off-road tire and very good in the snow.
@@clappedoutsubieshoopties2216 I had been looking at New Wrangler Sport and still unsure because I did research and the series 3 carrier supports 3.31 (13-43) and it works on Dana 35! So does 3.73 gearing

Thanks for the input! I'm excited to take them out tomorrow!

I've had that tire as well and experienced similar things. Definitely a tough tire for sure!

I like the Ironman All-Country in 33 x 15
Good call! I have a friend that runs those on a JL.

Do you know if these are the second generation with the upgraded rubber compound?
Yes I believe so! I think they switched to that in late 21?
