Emma, I don't know if this sounds weird, but in a way, I really look up to you. the way you said you felt about Estee Lalonde is how I feel about you 💕 the thing you said about how changes are a part of growing up really helps me, especially since I'm so easily shaken by even small changes in my life. I've had a terribly anxious day today, and I feel like you posted at just the right time. honestly, I might even do a self care day this weekend! you've just significantly improved my mood and mindset, thank u sm 💕💕

I always rather much enjoy a cup of tea along with a book and maybe some calming music playing in the background. Especially in early hours when no one's awake yet, there's just something so relaxing about quiet mornings 🌻✨

BTS and MonstaX are definitely included in my selfcare💜 they always make me happy and are helping so much if i have a lot anxiety or even a panic attack. Kdrama, going for a walk, reading and watching youtube Videos like this one are also things i love to do on these kind of days.

Usually, for self-care (for myself, at least), I find eating three square meals a day + snacks is a thing that I try and implement. On my worst days (whether it be pain-related or mental health-related), I tend to forget my routine, so trying as hard as I can to make sure those routines are still in place for me has helped my mental health immensely. That said, it's not always possible on really bad days, but I try my best!
I also find going for walks and listening to podcasts/audiobooks when I'm extremely anxious/in a panicked state clears my head. I live in a place where there's lots of trees and there's a gorgeous path that's right near my house--I love taking photos there and just generally basking in nature.
The final thing that I do for self-care that I've felt has really helped me is journalling. The process of being able to create something has really inspired me, and I've started making a bullet journal for my UA-cam and reading habits. I find that it's nice to zone out and draw some graphs and charts once in a while, especially when I'm feeling particularly anxious.

This video really helped me, I dont take care of myself at all. I haven't worked for a year, due to physical and mental illness. I actually put away laundry it's small but I feel accomplished. Its different for us all as you said please feel free to make more videos like this! You made my day!

For me, I really enjoy organizing or tidying up my room while listening to my favorite songs. I love to work hard creatively, and I do a bunch of these dance videos from The Fitness Marshall. They’re so fun and a wonderful workout.
I do the same thing with cleaning up my room! it helps so much to have my space organized & listen to fun music at the same time 😆
Recently, I have been listening to sermons by Bethel, Beth Moore (Esther series) and many other pastors. I have been reading my Bible like my life depends on it and have been crying out to the Lord. I have seen His faithfulness over the past couple of months and my heart is in awe. That's what a season of testing has done: it has demonstrated His faithfulness to rescue me.
This video inspired me to get out today and set a bunch of goals and I achieved them all. Thank you for influencing our lives for the better, step by step. 🌸

I loved this video! I keep a list 20 things that bring me joy and help with self-care. That way I don't have an excuse for ignoring my own self-care and its easy to just pick something off the list!
A bath, usually a bubble bath or using a bath bomb is my go to self-care relaxing thing. Loved this volg!
watching kdrama, listening to all genres of music and sleeping is definitely self care for me as well as food 🙂

Hi Emma! I always love how genuine your videos are :) For me school and work always make me feel like my time is never truly mine. So my self care is keeping a google doc of all the things i want to do but cant atm because i'm studying/working and then every once in a while when i decide screw it i'm not doing work today, i can go to my list and that way i dont waste my day off wallowing lol. Also not feeling guilty about having a 45 minute hair routine.

My selfcare routine is basically cleaning the space were im staying in and being alone for a while with no interactions really helps me to gather my thoughts and breathe easier again :)
I work as a receiver in a bookstore so my job is very physical so normally when I get home from work after I cool off for a bit I will take a hot candlelight bath. And then depending on my mood I will either watch one of my foreign soaps or read some fanfiction. Honestly reading a well written fanfiction can pull me out of almost any funk I find myself in, this might sound weird but if I am in a bad mood I can't read a book.

I actually really struggle with the fact that I don’t often know how to self-care in ways that reduce my anxiety. I love watching your videos as they give me ideas of things to try to see how my mind and body respond, but I wish I knew myself as well as you know yourself. 🌸
