Build: www.lastepochtools.com/planner/B4p398jB Aberroth fight: ua-cam.com/video/OCH5Xa4lFLg/v-deo.html Weapon: don't use a Mad Alchemist Ladle. I wasted a rune of creation to see if a Goat ladle would be a huge improvement over an exalted base; it's not. Idols: just stack a ton of hp, and some "Poison chance on hit" can never hurt.
yeah, I share this take. It's easy to get started and does damage once it's up, but it needs such specific slams to shine and just takes too long on high corruption. Better to spend the time doing more damage (more DPS = less investment needed in defences, lol). I'm rolling a cold crit flask falconer now, Very crunchy (irritating mana cost tho)
@@matthewdeklerk3457 cold crit flask falconer I've never played a falconer so I don't know how the build would work, but the idea of a guy throwing a bird and some cold drinks at the enemy is amazing
@SirGrindalot hahahahahahaa yeah it does sound alluring doesn't it? It requires two rogue uniques -- when you throw an explosive trap it also throws an acid flask, which gets turned into a freezing flask, which leaves puddles on the ground. It quickly stacks frostbite (the best aliment in the game -- big deeps but can also freeze) It can trigger multiple times. Beautiful build. You have two movement abilities and a tonne of dodge, glancing blows, block, haste. Sadly does need lots of minus mana cost to work (huge mana issues with triggered skills). Really nice build -- next cycle I'm going to play cold damage builds, freeze is just so strong (you can stun bosses out if a big wind up). Maybe cold crit skeletons is they make normie minions viable past 300 corruptions
I've played a Drain Life/Stygian Coal build up to level 90, and I agree that it's just "OK." Playing the character reminds me of playing a "Bullet Heaven" game like Vampire Survivors, which I mostly enjoy, and I like using it as a break from more traditional playstyles of my other characters. Worth a try for anyone that has the time and wants to try something different.
@@7zim7zum I had a very similar thought!! i often play Death Must Die (a Vampire Survivors inspired Gane) and while I was playing this build I was often reminded of that. Just walk around and stay alive while your pewpew abilities take down enemies by themselves. Definitely feels different compared to other builds!
@@nerfgunner13 to be honest it was a fairly simple map with small monster packs. I thought about running monos until I got to one where I got killed or struggled more, but I already had to redo this video a few times due to corrupted clips so I didn't grind further...

the 1026 corruption monolith looked pretty impressive; with death seal active you were taking close to no damage and recovering it instantly

What do you think of hungering souls with curse of perseverance staff as main poison source?
@@albertozabeo77 I've never used hungering souls on any character, so I don't really know how it would perform
