Bronze is the widest skill range- if someones low bronze they may play like a potato but a high bronze might have some good game knowledge and know how to do certain things but not enough to climb.

To Jay's point about Clash. You get 3 points for capturing their spawn... it stops briefly for every tick for the point closest to spawn.
DVa's DM would be better then shields, since it's time base not damage base. Juno went through the shields so fast. Orisa was a good choice.
