FTMO is the only prop firm that has the vision and growth for retail traders, meanwhile other prop firms are just playing around and even introducing 3 phases eval like for what? for more retail to fail and make profit from them?
These days, people want to work from home. Not sure successful traders who are already making decent money from home will want to relocate to another country and work for someone else for a salary! The whole purpose of trading is freedom. Am I missing something? 🤔
Professional traders who trade millions in institutions like banks and hedge funds don't work from home. So for people like myself would love to be in that type of environment but not forever though.
It's more for the traders who wish to take another big step in their future professional careers. Having experience working under Quantlane is going to give you enormous credit when you apply for other hedge funds, banks, prop firms, etc. And who knows how long the retail prop firms will be around for. Disappearing out of nowhere like MFF, FT, etc
They misspoke.. it's not salary, it's draw vs commission.. just like many sales jobs.. you must pay back what you draw from them, until your profits are high enough that the split you earn pays for your draw (any remainder is paid as bonus/commission). If you don't make enough profits, they will let you go.

It would help by not having to gather all these degrees from top schools just to be seen by professional firms that have an abundance of funds.
i wish FTMO solid success and also this new idea works out for them and especially for the Traders .
