It would be remarkable if the lost coast could remain the beautiful area it still is. As someone who lives in San Pancho, which has already been too developed, I view the lost coast the same as Nayarit - 50 years ago. I hope 40 years from now I'm wrong, but I doubt it. Good luck with your project.
