Recently unearthed Blockbuster training video(?) clip, featuring an odd mascot and a Beverly Hills Cop parody. Sadly we didn't find the full video. Wow. What a difference.
These ''Blockbuster Kids'' costumes (especially Rewind) used for the older stores are quite rare to experience, i'm pretty sure they only appeared for special events. I'm not sure what year they discontinued these mascots, but my guess might be the mid 90s or by the time Viacom brought the ownership to the store.
Fun Fact: The Only Job I Ever Had In My Life That Was Actually Robbed at Gun Point Was BB (And I Worked Most Every Gas Station/711 In the Greater Chicago Area.)
