SAUTEED SHRIMP - INDUCTION COOKING 101

On our first foray into induction cooking, we were fortunate to have a wonderful chef and instructor Choon Lai, from Middleby Appliances, show us how to use the most fantastic and easy Novy cooktop to make a delicious and easy salt and pepper shrimp with micro greens (that could easily be done on a gas or electric range or cooktop as well!).
You'll need:
shrimp
olive oil
salt
pepper
