But I talked myself out of and emailed them a withdrawal of appreciation. because I felt like I would have to change myself to be in this environment, like they wouldn't accept me for me, how I look, how I dress, and then of course social media showing me corporate videos drama and how people of color get treated. I felt like I went through that once and didn't wanna go through it again. Even though I know I could do the job it just didn't sit right with me on some level. Like I would have to white-wash myself since I'm natural I almost got a perm... heavy on almost. But now it's like I don't know if I should have don't that or not. 🤦🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️
