I’m always so impressed with the respect shown to the food. It is a long way off from the American way I’m used to seeing and I love it. Don’t get me wrong, I love my country but we are spoiled and typically don’t eat rustic food. It just happens to be my and my daughter’s favorite. I just have to get my wife and son on board with the more camp style of cooking. I really appreciate these videos. They are good for the soul.

I love watching these videos very much. I love the sounds of water, birds. his dogs playing, and how well that he takes care of them. A very good man that can cook for these children, and the kids always eat very hardy. I would like to buy some of his knives for my son. Blessing to the "super" guy, for all his kindness and recipes. The videos relax me and make me very happy . I almost feel as though I am there. Thank you for doing these shows.
