i use them for the gym and i personally think theyre fine! the stay on my head most of the time but make sure to wipe them down with a wipe after so they dont get stinky
If you are going more for the sound definitely the 510bt but If you want a long battery the Sony are good, not saying that the Sony are bad at audio quality, it's kinda balanced
